New! Cozy 2br/2ba Cabin in the Tree Tops, Decks, Hot Tub, 2min to Dollywood!

Our family throughly enjoyed stay in the cabin. It was spotless, quiet, and had everything we needed. Great communication with host. The hot tub was perfect and this cabin is central to everything. You can walk to Dollywood its so close! We will positively book again!

My family loved the hot tub and we used the grill. It was great having a kitchen to use, we saved alot of money cooking our own meals. We also appreciated having a washer and dryer.

The house was ready 2 hours early. The hosts responded quickly to any questions while we stayed during a tropical storm

Beautiful tree top cabin! Very close to Dollywood and everything to do in town. Very clean, new, owner was easy and friendly to communicate with. Lots of pillows, towels and beds were comfy!

First time in the Pigeon Forge area and this was a great cabin to stay in for 6! It’s brand new & in a quiet place. It’s just the right amount of distance to the main streets as well as gatlinburg. We loved our stay and the communication from Owners!

The Cozy Cabin had everything we needed and the location was only a short drive from local attractions.

It was very quiet, except for the Dollywood Train whistle, which we loved. the unit was clean and well appointed. The only issues we found were that the AC barely blows in the upstairs bedroom and the mattresses in the bunk room were very uncomfortable. The beds in the bedrooms were nice, the deck looks out into the woods, (beware of the bear and her three cubs!) and the living space was nice and comfy. I would recommend this property.

The place was just as listed. The view was very nice. Double balconies and a hot tub in the peaceful surroundings was just what you need.

Great stay. Neat place especially lit up at night in the trees. Kiddos loved hearing the train whistles at night. Easy access to most anything. Lovely host and community.

This place was absolutely beautiful. We really enjoyed the secluded quiet location, but still only being a few minutes drive to downtown Pigeon Forge, and about 15 to 20 minutes from Gatlinburg. The kids really enjoyed having their own floor and balcony. The check in process was very easy and Stacy was great throughout the whole trip. The hot tub and view was also amazing. Would definitely stay here again.

We loved our cabin in the tree tops! The cabin was clean and perfect for our party of 4. We liked being closed to The Island and the Outlet Mall which were just a short drive. Property manager Stacy was great to work with and we will be booking with them again!

How nice the place was.

My daughter had a gymnastics competition in Pigeon Forge for the weekend. We really enjoyed our stay at this cabin. Detailed instructions were given for everything from arrival to departure. The hosts were friendly and quick to respond to any questions. The cabin was very clean and everything from the appliances to the hot tub were in excellent condition. The location was great- close to the convention center and The Island. We would stay here again if we ever come to Pigeon Forge in the future and would definitely recommend. Thanks for the wonderful hospitality!

Stacy was very attentive, the hot tub was awesome the place is exactly like the pictures. Definitely would book again! My son had a blast for his birthday trip here.

Lovely well appointed cabin in a very nice condition. The beds were very comfortable and the position of the cabin was excellent. Nearby to everything but far enough away from the main road to be lovely and peaceful. We loved that we were so close to Dollywood and could hear the Dollywood train from the back decking. Our 2 grandsons loved their bunk beds with the windows and their own TV's. Would highly recommend.

Stacey our host was great, lots of communication, quick responses, and very welcoming! Our Treetops cabin was very clean, had everything we needed, and was very comfortable! It only took us 5 mins to drive to Dollywood and get parked!! I will definitely book here again and highly recommend it if you’re looking for an awesome place to stay.

This cabin is so adorable!!! Pictures are accurate! Beds are super comfy with more than enough pillows, which you don't always get! We had a couple of hiccups but Stacy and the maintenance guy (super nice guy) took care of them very quickly!! View is perfect and hot tub is a great bonus! We booked next years stay before we even left! 2 Suggestions which have zero negative effect on this cabin, just would be a great addition is a small table on the deck with the hot tub and a floor mat when you walk into the cabin from the hot tub deck. Stacy was super helpful at all times of the day : )

It was a fantastic stay! Very clean, we loved the cabin! The kids loved the cabin. The hot tub was fantastic and warm. We enjoyed the back porch, with the trees it was shady and enjoyable. I would definitely visit this cabin or any other cabin they have to rent out. Beds were very comfortable!

Great place for family

We just wanted a quick getaway for the weekend before school started back. This was perfect, very close to Dollywood even though we didnt go. It kept us away from a lot of traffic using the roads nearby and only needing to use parkway strip right before whatever business instead of having to ride the strip the entire drive. Everything was laid out well, very great when communication. I will say there were black big ants in the bunk bed area , not many but a few at different times. Hair in the downstairs bed , just a little and toilet could have used a better clean. But it was still overall really good and had the new feel. We weren’t bothered by any neighbors or anything . Everything felt safe. We would def stay here again.

Everything was as advertised. Almost brand new cabins and they are beautiful inside. Beds and bedding was very comfortable. It was nice having 2 bathrooms. Location is right in the middle of things, yet stay is in the woods and secluded. It was a very nice stay and I would stay again.

We had an amazing stay at this cozy cabin! The location was convenient to all the attractions in Pigeon Forge, while being slightly set away from the chaos of the main Parkway, surrounded by beautiful nature, making it the perfect getaway. The cabin was spotless, well-maintained, and had a charming rustic vibe with all the modern comforts we needed. The only minor downside was that the kitchen could have used a few more utensils. While we managed just fine, having a wider selection would have made meal prep even easier. That said, everything else more than made up for it, and it didn’t detract from the overall experience.We truly loved our stay and would absolutely recommend this cabin to anyone looking for a peaceful retreat.

We had a great time! The property is located just outside of Dollywood and we were able to enjoy the fireworks from our front door. Wish we had an outdoor gas fire pit but overall excellent experience!

Very clean, charming cabin in the trees. Minutes from Dollywood (you really can hear the steam engine), the attractions of Pigeon Forge, and Gatlinburg. Saw quite a few black bears too! Would definitely stay again.

It was beyond amazing cabin. Very close to everything yet very quiet. Beautiful location and pictures do not do justice for reality. The only thing is the spiral staircase is not made for elderly or large suitcases but overall, I give this highest rating for all..

We had a nice time staying in this treehouse-style cabin. There are pros and cons. We liked the amount of space, fittings, and ease of the location. You’re very close to Dollywood, so it’s not the quietest location. We could hear the train every time it ran and it smelled like the engine’s smoke when you go outside.

The treehouse cabin was just as described, wonderful and secluded with easy access to downtown pigeon forge. Had a wonderful time!
