Stayed Jan 9, 2026Stayed at the Yellow Bird for my birthday and it was our first time alone for a weekend trip in many years! She was the PERFECT getaway! The property is very private and peaceful. Ellie has EVERYTHING that you could ever need for a relaxing getaway. As soon as you enter the cabin you can feel the warmth and love in the cabin. It feels like walking into a warm hug! Complete with the wonderful hot tub, warm cozy blankets, inspirational quotes, plants, hand/foot massager, family games, fire pits, outdoor tv and porch with lots of furniture, a pool for the summer, dog toys, fenced in property, and the list goes on!! The cabin is filled with plants and inspirational quotes that just calms the soul! The view of the mountains and of the wildlife are spectacular. Ellie even had cupcakes and wine waiting for me upon my arrival. Hands down the absolute best host we have encountered on our rental journey! She was readily available to answer any questions we may had to help in any way. It truly was a little piece of heaven for the weekend!

Stayed Dec 21, 2025Amazing Property!! Views are great! This little slice of heaven has everything! Outdoor fire pit x2, hammock pool, hot-tub, beautiful views!! Inside is so cute! Everything needed to enjoy your stay! We listened to the record player, played games, decorated gingerbread house, watched Christmas movies in front of the fireplace on the couch! Kitchen has everything needed to make a meal! If you want to just enjoy nature and the peace of family time this is the place to be! Owners were amazing and everything was such a smooth process! We showed up to them gifting a gingerbread house kit, dog toys, fire colors packets! We will 100% back and we suggest anyone looking to relax and spend some fun quality time BOOK THIS PLACE NOW!! You will not regret it!P.S. They had an elf show up which worked out great for the mom that forgot ours at home! It made my daughter smile so much!!
