Stayed Apr 28, 2023This was such a great getaway for the weekend. Everything was clean and well maintained. The hosts were easy to contact and answered all my questions. Great way to learn about living off grid, showering in an outdoor stall and using a composting toilet. If you need to keep some food cold or frozen I suggest bringing some ice. They provided a small cooler. Overall great experience.

Stayed Apr 2, 2023This is the perfect short getaway spot for 2 people. The cabin is spotlessly clean, probably the cleanest rental I have ever stayed in. This is an off the grid cabin so the the solar power and bath facilities are cool and unique. We will plan to stay there again.

Stayed Aug 12, 2022This VRBO was right up our alley. A tiny house, powered by the sun, composting toilet, outdoor shower. Beautiful scenery. My friend and I met up here for a weekend in Chapel Hill. We loved every minute at our alma mater but got to leave the hustle & bustle for a serene spot to relax and enjoy nature. Owners met us upon our arrival to educate us and show us around, and were available if needed, but also gave us our space. I highly recommend and we hope to return.
