Mtn-View Hilltop Hideaway w/ Deck in Show Low

Great place to hang out with your family on top of the hill to over look the valley beautiful morning view for coffee in the morning

We had an amazing trip. The cabin is beautiful, with the most beautiful views. The host is very prompt at answering any questions we may have had. Next trip to Show Low we will definitely book again.

We needed a quick getaway from reality and found exactly what we were looking for. The cabin was fantastic, the surrounding areas were great and the communication with the owner was perfect. We hiked, took a drive to Sunset Mountain, made dinner in, sat by the fireplace and enjoyed movies on the couch. This place offered it all. An absolute must stay.

Clean and comfortable. My family had a great time. Host is quick to reply with any questions.

Cabin was very clean and cozy and had amazing views! Location was great, not too far from town but felt like it was far enough to be peaceful.

This cabin was spotless. The master bed is comfortable. We didn’t use the other beds. There is air conditioning for the entire cabin if it gets too hot outside. We loved the outdoor propane grill. The kitchen is stocked with all the cookware you need. There were filters and coffee available. There’s also a single serve Keurig if you want to buy pods. Even had some variety of sweeteners there. A variety of spices are in the cabinet. There’s even a crockpot. The only complaint I have is that the beautiful view and peacefulness of this lovely place on the outside deck was consistently interrupted by the traffic noise from Hwy 260. Otherwise we had a lovely stay.

This was our second time staying at this property; the first time was about a year ago. It sets off of the main road and in the pines, but not too far out. Inside it is very clean and well taken care of. The pictures online very well depict what it is like. One big change from last September is the outside deck. It has at least tripled in size and is amazing! It has the table and chairs, and propane grill, but also extends to the area with 6 Adirondack chairs and a fire pit. It was too hot for a fire but we could still put our coffee cups on the cover in the morning and wine glasses in the evening while sitting in the chairs watching the sunset and morning sky. With a full kitchen, we enjoyed preparing food and “dining” outside, which was so much nicer than going to a restaurant. There is also a big table and chairs inside if you prefer being inside. There is a washer and dryer, toiletries, etc. We would definitely stay there again!

We enjoyed our stay there at the cabin. Was very clean and well managed. We loved the back porch and beautiful weather.

Wonderful ,relaxing!!

Nice and clean home that suited our needs for the long weekend. Nice view out the back, unfortunately it was warm, so the back patio got cooked in the afternoon sun (faces west). Visited in May and it had multiple AC units installed and looked reasonably permanently installed. One unit in the living area, one upstairs, and one in the bedroom.Only odd issue we found is we spotted two additional cameras not mentioned in the listing. They were outside the home, but one was in the trees in the front yard facing the front of the house, and one was in the back yard facing the deck. Both were up in the trees with a solar panel, so we couldn't inspect, but found it off putting slightly.

If you’re planning to spend some time relaxing and hanging out in the back patio, this is a beautiful cabin for that. But while the instructions on the fridge refer to portable air conditioners, there were none for our stay in June, and we would return to the cabin after a day out and about to find the indoor temp over 85 degrees. With the bedroom window open and fan running (no screen door on the patio, so couldn’t leave that open) it finally cooled down to 77 at about 3am. Plus there are lights strung up outside the bedroom window that do not turn off from any light switch we found. No sleep for the two nights we were there. To be fair, we were so busy with our activities we did not have time to contact Evolve or the manager about these issues. Also, While the map looks like the cabin is just off the main road, you actually have to take a few dirt roads, some of which are steep, to get there. Driving these “roads” at night is a bit of an adventure. If you’re looking for a cabin to hang out in all weekend, it’s a beautiful stay. But if you’re looking for a place to sleep after a busy day elsewhere enjoying the area, I’d continue looking. We will not be staying here again.

This cabin nestled in the tall pines was just perfect for my 2 sons and me. It was exactly as described in the listing and Matt was prompt with responses when we had questions. The beds and couches were so comfortable! Morning tea on the deck was the perfect way to start the day. We were excited that Show Low did not have a no burn in affect and had a toasty fire in the clean and fully functioning indoor fire place. Looking forward to staying here again!
