Mt Hood Riverfront Cabin with Hot Tub! Dog friendly!

The pictures in the listing don't do the property justice. The views of the river, the trees and ferns were beautiful. The path to the river felt safe. The furnishings that were chosen created a tasteful and peaceful environment. Sitting in the hot tub and feeling the mist from the falling rain was great. Only downside was the internet was not working for the first day and a half, but it was beyond the control of the hosts. In some ways it was a blessing because it forced us offline and allowed us to enjoy the old school albums on the stereo as we sat in hot tub. I felt the nightly rate was fair for what you get, but the fees are exorbitant, but I guess that's how Vrbo rolls.

Beautiful property that is well stocked with everything you need for a weekend away in the woods. My friends and I enjoyed sitting by the river, hanging out in the hot tub, and hanging out in the large and comfy family room. I would definitely rent this cabin again!

Amazing place, very clean and remote feeling. Great view of the river from the patio and living room. I actually liked the bed, couch, dining room table/chairs and fireplace better than the ones in my own home - very homey and comfortable!

Everything was perfect

Great spot for a quiet weekend getaway. I felt it was even better in person than I thought it would be from the photos. It was just two of us, so we didn’t use the other two bedrooms, but the master was great. Not having en-suite bathrooms would not have been ideal if we’d been traveling with others, but everything else outweighs that imho. We loved lounging in front of the fire and heading down to the river for coffee in the morning. Would definitely return.

Perfect little cabin felt very private and comfortable. House was very clean and everything in working order, the river access was our favorite and the hot tub was a close second. It was a rainy weekend but there were plenty of games to play indoors! We had a lovely stay, look forward to another visit to this awesome little house!

Great location. Loved being able to walk down stairs and a short path to the river. Saw a coyote, plenty of birds, and bats that came out at dusk.The only thing we wished was available, were larger coffee mugs, but the house was otherwise really well equipped with everything we could need. Enjoyed playing music, and building puzzles and playing games we found in the closet.

Friends and I stayed here for a long weekend. 3 ran a race at Mt Hood, and 4 came with to be our crew. It was a great place for everyone with communal areas inside and outside, and had great accomodations for everyone. The place was clean and easily accessible when we arrived, and had everything we needed to cook for 7 hungry adults.

This cabin was such a great home base for our family. We were out on daily adventures but every afternoon we were so excited to return to the cabin to relax and explore. It was clean and inviting, with everything we needed. Beds were all very comfortable and we loved open concept, looking out on the forest! The river was beautiful and a lot of fun for our kids to play around on the shoreline. We are very much hoping to return!

Stayed here for our 16 year anniversary. I loved how spacious the house was. The beautiful view of the river from the deck and the hot tub was nice too! I loved the retro vibe with old style radio and awesome record collection. Enjoyed sitting on the Adirondack chairs over looking the river. We would love to come back to stay again in the future.

Loved the scenic river and coziness of the house. Wood fireplace kept us warm and relaxed. Comfortable beds and nice showers. Kitchen was a bit small. Great location near Zigzags - best pizza ever.

What an amazing home! We truely enjoyed our time lounging, playing Uno, puzzling, and hot tubbing. The rooms were perfect! The kids were able to game downstairs while we watched TV upstairs. Thank you for a great trip. We would love to come back & enjoy the house during the summer.

Our stay was everything we thought it would be!

The listing had me at riverfront, but it was so much more than that. It was very comfortable and spotlessly clean. We loved the hot tub (sorry we used so many towels!) The river is beautiful, with many chairs to relax in. We regretted that there was an outdoor fire ban during our stay.Toasted marshmallows and a fire would've been great. But, I went to sleep every night to the sound of the river through the open window.Many thanks for sharing your beautiful home with us!!

This spacious cabin is nestled in the woods along Sandy River. It is well equipped, comfortable, and has a great deck for relaxing and taking in the view. The kitchen has everything you need to fix simple meals and the beds are SO COMFORTABLE. It was just my husband and I this trip, but this would be a great place for a family gathering.

The pictures do not do this property justice. Our stay was only for a couple of nights, but for a couples getaway you will be hard pressed to find a more relaxing atmosphere. The conveniences of life are within a few miles and the serenity of the forest and river while sitting in a hot tub are a wonderful reset from the busyness of life. Again, I cannot impress how relaxing this cabin is and will recommend to friends and family to make this a destination must.
