Mountain Peaks Inn is family owned and operated. We are conveniently located on Main Street in downtown Hill City. This home has four separate suites, three with external entrances and one with an internal entrance. Please stop in for a cup of coffee or a pastry at Caboose Coffee Company on location! Stayed Jun 5, 2024Cabin was intimate but perfect for what we needed. Location was great, several restaurants within easy walking distance, gas stations and shops if so desired. Also walking distance to 1880 Train and very comfortable distance to a lot of area attractions. Cooking was not allowed inside but we used the provided grill and brought electric skillets that we plugged in on the deck area. Worked great. Owners were great to work with and met all of our needs. Make sure to stop by their coffee shop in the morning. My daughter loved their shakes.

Stayed May 16, 2024Overall, we enjoyed our stay and the location very close to Hill City and the Mickelson trail. Listing is accurate, but outdoor spaces not attractive and accommodation is cramped for this couple.
