Adorable & freshly renovated cabin located in a private wooded community between Highlands and Franklin in the Nantahala National Forest. Our light & airy cabin is nestled on almost 4 acres of woodsy, mountainous terrain and is private and picturesque, yet still convenient to town. We love relaxing on the front porch, surrounded by nature and enjoying the sounds and views from the front porch. It is a peaceful cabin to relax & enjoy the cool breezes and scenery of the Smoky Mounta

Stayed Jun 6, 2021Nice and comfortable. Quiet. Drive up the gravel road was fun every time. Fireplace was real nice. Beds were comfortable. Unfortunately our stay was cut short a day because the waterpump for the mountain needed work. The owner was very accommodating and refunded our last nights stay promptly. I would stay again for sure. The firepit is a little steep so be careful if it rains but that is my only complaint. If you are thinking of visiting this area then stay here. Dry falls isn't to far and spectacular.

Stayed Jun 13, 2019My husband and I shared this cabin with another couple and we had a great time by the fire pit and spending alot of time out on the porch looking at the mountains. Very clean and you can tell the owners take very good care of the property. I highly recommend this cabin to anyone.

Stayed Jan 5, 2026House was lovely, comfortable, lacked nothing in way of amenities. I appreciated the spice choices! Heat worked fine, plenty of hot water, shower eas great. Your choice of decorating is perfect.

Stayed Oct 19, 2025The house was lovely, had everything we needed and it was comfortable. The only downside was it was 9 very windy miles to Highlands and 7 miles to Franklin. It was a beautiful time to be there but we mad it a point to be at the house by dark.

Stayed Aug 22, 2024One of the best trips with my husband! Went for our 11 year anniversary and enjoyed every second. House had everything we needed and more! Great views with porch swing and fire pit. Close to many waterfalls, hikes, and shopping. We will be back again!
