Modern Rustic Cabin with Denali View

We had a great stay at this spacious, clean and well appointed House. The living room is very comfortable with lots of seating.. The kitchen had good knives, an assortment of spices and two coffee pots at the time of our stay. The outside seating in the back was lovely and warm. Overall, a great house! For any anyone interested in the house make sure you get your groceries well before Cantwell!

Cabin was very clean and had everything we needed for our stay. Just picked up a few groceries. Washer and dryer was a great plus as we were continuing our vacation on a cruise. Would definitely book again

First impressions as you drive up are not promising but all that changes when you open the front door. Very comfortable and well set up. Thank you. Just sorry the weather didn't permit us to sit by the river or use the outdoor dining area.

Wow – this place is amazing!The cabin was spotless and well stocked with everything we needed – from kitchen supplies to plenty of towels. The beds were comfortable, and there was more than enough space for our family of five to spread out.The host was incredibly responsive and quick to answer any questions we had. The location is about 30 minutes from the main entrance to Denali National Park, which made for an easy day trip.One of our favorite parts was the view – we could see Denali Mountain right from the front porch! We also loved relaxing in the greenhouse on cooler days and spending time by the lake.As a bonus, we enjoyed learning about the history of the house and hearing about the host’s vision for the property’s future. Highly recommend this stay for anyone visiting the area!

This property was great for a larger group, as the living room and kitchen is large enough for everyone to hang out comfortably. The greenhouse is cute, and the river access is peaceful. Only downfall was the proximity to anything to do. If you simply need a place to sleep, this is a great spot. But if you’re looking for dinner, drinks, or close hiking trails, I’d suggest looking closer to the park, or in Healy.

The outside left a little to be desired but the inside more than made up for the exterior. We had a great view of Denali from the cabin.

As stated in the online description. Location is interesting in that you are literally just off the road - but made for easy access. Blackout curtains helped with the constant light.

easy access to hwy. Only a couple steps on porch. One level for seniors to access everything. Clean and comfortable

Absolutely wonderful stay here with Denali visible all 3 days from the front porch. Beds were very comfortable, house was very, very clean and with Jam Jams in walking distance it was perfect! I would go here again in an instant!! Saw moose droppings every day but didn’t see the moose.

This cabin is anything but rustic! Beautiful, well done two bedroom cabin. Lovely view from the windows of a stream, mountains, and woods. An elk stopped by at one point. Plenty of towels, extra blankets and bedding. The pull out bed was quite comfy. You could eat off the floor clean! The owner was incredibly kind and quick to respond with questions. Love the kitchen supplies as well!

I would definitely recommend everyone to stay here if you are visiting Denali.The location is amazing with breathtaking views as soon as you step out the house.Moreover, the host is extremely friendly and cooperative. The property itself is updated which gives you a very lavish experience at extremely affordable prices.

We stayed two nights traveling from Anchorage to Fairbanks and really enjoyed our stay! The hosts were friendly and responsive to our needs!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Immaculate cabin with all the amenities included. Denali is visible from the front porch on a clear day. It is dark enough to see the northern lights in the front yard, as well. Would absolutely stay here again!

We had a wonderful stay at this property. It is about 30 minutes to the Denali entrance, but that was okay with us because we wanted to travel south for views and go to Denali National Park. We got to see the mountain two out of the four days we were there. You can even see it from the driveway! The outdoor greenhouse was cute and enjoyable when it was raining. Great moose habitat but we didn’t see any near the cabin. It had everything we needed including some coffee and tea which was a nice touch. The beds were very comfortable which was nice. It was very unassuming from the road, but it was a very nice place to stay, and we would stay there again. I enjoyed reading about the history of the property too.
