Access to private Lake in the Sky for paddle boarding, kayaking, fishing etc. Less than a mile from GSMNP boundary and Gold Mine trailhead. 34 miles to Townsend, 37 miles to Pigeon Forge and Dollywood, and 40 miles to Gatlinburg. Close to Tail of the Dragon. Covered front porch and screened in back porch. 2 kayaks included. Sleeps 6. Lastly, please be aware road and driveway are gravel.

Stayed Feb 13, 2026The house was beautiful and the little touches were noticed. The area was very peaceful and communication top notch. Wire service is spotty in the area but great directions were provided. We will definitely go back.

Stayed Oct 23, 2025This is a beautiful property. It’s not a good location for motorcycles as there’s a loose gravel road into the Property. Area is beautiful, surrounded by a lake and beautiful cabin like setting. Scott has been great to work with, he’s very responsive..Hoping to get back to this property again in the future.

Stayed Oct 5, 2025This is such a beautiful home, with attention to our comfort and needs. The cozy feeling of a mountain cabin retreat away from the city, with a gorgeous drive nearby and lakes to enjoy anytime. The hosts were so kind and helpful when we arrived. The decor is so beautiful. It is such an experience on top of the world overlooking the Great Smoky Mountains. It gave us an amazing vacation.
