Stayed Sep 24, 2024Very nice cabin. King size bed. Very comfortable. There was a coffee pot, refrigerator, microwave, toaster and a small stove. We didn’t cook while we stayed, just coffee in the mornings. A small dining room table and chairs, but chairs were more for decoration I guess because the seats were small. Air conditioning works fine. Bathroom was okay but it would have been nice to have 2 more bath towels. We had 2 for 7 days. Nice shower, no tub. It’s a couple miles from town. But there are a few places there to get what you need. Very quiet, except for the barking dog 2 nights out of the 7 we stayed It’s very beautiful here. It’s about 14 miles from Coral Pink Sand Dunes State Park. We would rent again if we are in the area.

Stayed Jul 24, 2024I feel this place ought to be listed as a tiny house, because it was a converted shed. Nicely converted, and comfortable, but not really what I was expecting. It was super quiet at night and we slept great, so overall I would recommend it - especially at the price point!

Stayed May 27, 2026Loved this property and stay. We were here for 13 days and it was perfect. Great location to see all of the surrounding national parks, monuments and state parks. Cabin was very nice and everything we expected and needed. Great host that was helpful and responsive.

Stayed Oct 10, 2025Clean, cozy. The place does need better pans and cooking utensils. The loft bed is a little cramped. But overall, I would stay there again. Loved the quiet location.

Stayed Oct 27, 2023We would definitely come back! We would bring more warm clothes though. The on wall heater definitely didn't keep us warm throughout the night. There's a bunch of stuff to do in the area. There's a fire pit but only 1 really set up and it appears you need to bring your own wood. The room was clean and the kids loved the loft. Slightly rough road in, something to take into account if you have a girly car. Definitely suggested.
