If you are looking for a Really Cool mountain home with a lot of room and great views, this is your place. FIRST, the amenities were great, with a nice kitchen, lots of TVs and good channels, internet was great, and a full clean laundry room.SECOND, there are three nice bedrooms. One standard sized bedroom with a full bathroom just outside the door. One master bedroom suite that was of ample size with its own full bathroom. And one entire ensuite bedroom with full bath, and entire sitting room with TV and Foosball.THIRD, This place is not new. Maybe 15 to 20 years old. But it looks Brand New, and was spotlessly clean. We were so impressed with the cleanliness and the care taken to keep the place up.FOUR and LASTLY, the Road to the home. There is a lot of talk about the road being bumpy and scary. Not So. BUT...If you go in the winter, Get a 4-Wheel Drive SUV. On the way up there are several switchbacks that are fairly easy to navigate, but don't be in a race. This actually makes the drive up quite beautiful.Spend a lot of time in Breckenridge. Great place to walk and eat and shop. Go to the Soup and Sandwich Restaurant next to the grocery store in Fairplay. You will not regret it! Then go to the General Store in Alma. Great Place to shop and a great history to be learned there of the town.We enjoyed ourselves very much and we wish to tell you that this is a real treasure!

The place is amezing pictures don't do it justice. Check-in was smooth property manager was very helpful and reachable. The owner of the property was also amazing and helpful; they thought of everything, so your stay is nice and comfortable. You have to get yourself prepared for staying on the mountain, unpaved roads, and elevation.

Excellent! Very comfortable and well stocked home! We saw many Moose in the valley as we were driving around the area. Just the respite we needed.

Absolutely what a CO vacation stay should be!! Nothing but praise. This property is definitely done right, makes an amazing family experience effortless. BTW - Anyone complaining about roads or weather needs to do their research before they consider ANY CO mountain vacation

Hey there!Just wanted to share my recent escapade at this super charming cabin – an absolute gem in the wilderness. Overall, it was an amazing experience that left me with some great memories.First off, let me tell you, this cabin is not just beautiful but also decked out with all the cool stuff you'd want. The interior was spot on – cozy vibes, cleanliness on point, and equipped with everything to make the stay super comfy. And oh, the view! It was like something out of a postcard, adding that extra touch of magic to the whole experience. Now, the small bumps on the road. So, the kitchen electricity decided to take a vacation for the last two days. It did throw a bit of a curveball into our meal plans, but honestly, with the cabin being so awesome, we didn't let it dampen our spirits too much. The beauty of the place made up for it.And speaking of roads, getting there can be a bit tricky, especially when snow decides to party. We found this alternative route that Waze didn't clue us in on, and it turned out to be a safer bet. Maybe it's something the future adventurers should know about to avoid any snow-related surprises. All in all, despite a few quirks, the cabin stole my heart. It's got my thumbs up, and I'd totally go back for another round of cabin-coziness and a bit of adventure. If they sort out the kitchen glitch and share that secret snow route with everyone, this place would be an absolute winner!

Cabin was great if not a bit far from the highway. We did not use the fireplace. It was plenty warm without it. There were only 3 teaspoons though plenty of everything else. This seemed a little odd. The stay was great. I caught trout in the river above Alma. Fairplay is a fun little town to visit. Rich
