Stayed Dec 31, 1969Six of us had a wonderful holiday in M. de Dixmude's converted winery. Rooms nice and big, kitchen well equipped, good washing machine, dishwasher and freezer, TV (not used!) and useful WiFi; the pool was nice and refreshing, and the peacocks and animals were fun to see. Location ideal, easy drive to Carcassonne, lovely tours in the Black Mountains and nearby towns, some went canoeing, so much to see, we have to return!

Stayed Dec 31, 1969The property is very neat and clean and the setting is stunning: with clear views of countryside and mountains beyond. It is well away from the main road and very calm and peaceful. The kitchen is very well equiped and the tables outside make a pefect setting for lunch and dinner. The gardens are very well maintained and extensive and we all loved the animals that are part of the property: horses peacocks, chickens and more. The swimming pool is very welcoming but not over-large. There is one bathroom for the property and the decor clean, simple and functional. We very much enjoyed the stay and thank the owners for their personal touches which make all the difference.
