ABOUT THIS SPACE
Three levels, three bedroom suites, five full bathrooms, and a lower level built entirely for play. Your host is an East Tennessee local with an interior design background, and every room was set up so you feel taken care of, not managed. Here's how your stay unfolds, floor by floor.

THE LOWER LEVEL: YOUR PRIVATE RESORT
• Heated indoor pool, open year-round, with Adirondack chairs so parents can keep an eye on the swimmers without getting wet
• Fullbathroom with tub/shower right off the pool room, so wet feet never cross the house
• Golf simulator with turf, hitting mat and a projector screen. Play a round at a famous course before breakfast
• Theater and game room with tiered leather sofas, a big smart TV, and three arcade cabinets: Pac-Man, NBA Jam and Golf Tee 3D
• Covered patio with a private hot tub behind a privacy screen, plus outdoor sofas for night-time soaks

THE MAIN LEVEL: GATHER AND EAT
• Great room with a stone fireplace, TV and plenty of seating for the whole crew
• Kitchen stocked with new pots and pans, a Keurig/coffee maker combo, crockpot, blender and toaster, plus bar seating at the peninsula
• Dining table for eight, so every meal is a family meal
• Main-floor king suite with its own full bathroom, closet and dresser
• Extra full bathroom with a stacked washer and dryer, so you can pack clean clothes to go home
• Back deck with a gas grill, outdoor dining table, and a second covered deck with sofas facing the fall-color hills

THE UPPER LEVEL: SLEEP
• King suite with smart TV, clothing storage and a private full bathroom
• Bunk suite with queen-over-queen bunks and its own full bathroom. Kids love it, and so do the grown-ups who draw the short straw

Every bedroom has its own bathroom, so mornings run smoothly even with eight people getting ready at once.

You're tucked into the Sequoia Heights community in Pigeon Forge, about 1 mile from the Parkway, so you get mountain views without a long drive down a winding road. Approximate drive times:
• Alpine coasters and mini golf on the Parkway: 5 to 10 minutes
• The Island in Pigeon Forge (Great Smoky Mountain Wheel, shops, dining): 8 minutes
• Dollywood and Dollywood's Splash Country: 10 to 12 minutes
• The Ripken Experience baseball complex: 10 minutes
• Titanic Museum and WonderWorks: 12 minutes
• The Old Mill and Pigeon Forge dinner shows: about 10 minutes
• Tanger Outlets in Sevierville: about 15 minutes
• Wears Valley scenic drives, horseback riding and ziplines: about 20 minutes
• Downtown Gatlinburg and Anakeesta: about 25 to 30 minutes
• Great Smoky Mountains National Park, Sugarlands Visitor Center: about 30 minutes
Groceries, gas stations and restaurants are all about 5 minutes away, so a forgotten-ingredient run takes no time at all. Come home, drop the shopping bags, and the pool is already warm.

WHO THIS HOME IS BEST FOR
• Families with kids: pool after breakfast, Dollywood by lunch, arcade tournament before bed. Kids get their own bunk suite.
• Two couples traveling together: two king suites with private bathrooms mean real privacy, plus a hot tub for grown-up evenings.
• Golf buddies and sports families in town for the Ripken Experience: practice on the simulator, then recover in the hot tub.
• Winter and rainy-season travelers: the heated pool, theater and arcade keep everyone happy when the weather won't.
• Families bringing the dog: pets are welcome, so nobody gets left at home.

GUEST ACCESS
The entire cabin is yours: all three levels, the indoor pool, golf simulator, theater and arcade room, hot tub patio and both decks. Check-in is self check-in with a smart lock, so you can arrive on your own schedule after 4 PM without waiting on anyone. Note that the home spreads across three floors connected by stairs, so please keep this in mind for guests with limited mobility.

Communication through the app is preferred but in emergencies feel free to call or text.

PARKING
Free parking is available right at the cabin on the private driveway. Please park only in the driveway and keep the community road clear. Sequoia Heights is still growing, so you may see work trucks passing on weekdays during normal business hours. Evenings and weekends are typically quiet.

HOUSE RULES
• Check-in after 4 PM, check-out before 10 AM
• Maximum 8 guests; no parties or events
• Pets are welcome; please keep them off the beds and furniture and clean up after them outside
• No smoking or vaping inside the cabin
• Children must be supervised by an adult in the pool and hot tub at all times; no lifeguard is on duty
• Please be a good neighbor and keep noise down late at night
• Start the dishwasher and take out the trash before you leave
