Stayed Dec 28, 2025Absolutely loved this log cabin. It’s very well equipped, lovely, and cozy. We had loads of snow which made the stay even more special. This was our second time visiting and we can’t wait to return again.

Stayed Aug 8, 2025Cabin is clean and a decent size for a family of 4. Great location and in walking distance to the town and to the river. Lovely scenic walks nearby too. Cabin was warm and comfortable and had some interesting books and a selection of board games which was fab in the evening.

Stayed Mar 31, 2025We've had a great 5 night stay at Lurchers Cabin. Nice and quiet location in wooded location. The centre of Aviemore is a short walk from the cabin. The cabin is very well equipped and perfect for family breaks and holidays. A great base for exploring, walking and cycling, etc. Highly recommended 5*. Definitely be returning for another stay.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969Took my Elderly Mum for a trip she dreamed of and it didn't disappoint. The location was superb and access to amenities were close enough but didn't interfere with the seclusion of the cabinet situated amongst the trees. The cabin was comfortable and made iteasy to feel settled. The facilities were spot on. Definitely had a lovely stay. Thank you ?
