Host was attentive and helpful. Listing was accurate, but didn't realize the drive way and front yard would be so steep and that there's really no outdoor space to use other than patio and porch. Master bedroom is nice, but upstairs open floor concept makes no sense. The kitchen has too much space in the middle and there's no dining room table or communal space to eat indoors. Home could also use some coatracks upstairs on in the downstairs hallway. Otherwise, it's a lovely home and we enjoyed our stay.

Nice and easy place to stay during a quick work trip in the area. Everything was comfortable and communication was good.

We really enjoyed our visit. Alecia, the host, was very responsive, gave us lots of info/tips prior to our stay, and checked in during our stay to make sure everything was going well. The home was very clean, organized and accommodating. Little things like tupperware, aluminum foil, coffee pods, and laundry detergent/washer/dryer can make all the difference, especially when traveling with kids. There were just a couple things that could have been an issue but we came pretty well prepared. If you have a young child, bring a high chair because there are only barstool-like chairs for dining. We brought a high chair so it wasn't a problem for us. There was not really a table area large enough for a family of 4 or more to dine together but we are very casual, and with two young kids, rarely have sit-down dinners as a family anyways. The roads were pretty icy during our stay and the driveway is a bit steep so just be sure to bring an AWD/4WD vehicle if you visit in the winter. Overall, we had a wonderful time and would love to return in the future.

We had such an amazing time at the cabin!!! We stay in PMC a couple times a year and this was one of the best cabins we’ve stayed in…clean, beautiful, and in the perfect spot next to town! Thank you for allowing us to share your amazing cabin!!!

Our family rented this wonderful cabin for a Thanksgiving get together, and we had a great time. The owner was a great communicator, and the home itself was spotless and very well supplied with everything that we needed. The kitchen is especially well stocked, which I appreciated while cooking a Thanksgiving feast! I loved the super comfortable king bed in the master bedroom, and the heated mattress pad was so perfect for the cold nights. There is only Verizon cell service in the area (which we don't have), but the high speed WiFi was able to keep us in touch with the outside world. The internet went down for 24 hours, but that just gave us a chance to play a bunch of board games, go for walks and watch old movies on DVD. Thanks Alecia for a great Thanksgiving get away!

Everything was so great! This was THE cleanest rental I’ve ever had (like seriously, not even a speck of dust or any bugs…IN THE MIDDLE OF A FOREST!). The host was great; it felt like staying at a friends house! From the couch to the patio furniture- so comfy! We only used the upstairs main bedroom and that bed was amazing. A tub with jets, huge kitchen, a view from every room, and so light and bright (unlike many dark cabins in the area). Check in and out was easy, and check out had very minimal requirements (I’ve stayed at places that required so many tasks prior to leaving). If you are looking for peace and serious quiet, while feeling super safe with neighbors very nearby but out of sight, this is your place (but I call first dibs on reservations!). And the view!!! I could say a million more great things about our 4 night stay with our pups! This is a great romantic getaway, girls trip, guys golf trip, solo retreat, or family vacation spot! If you are abled bodied (steep driveway and steps) THIS is the place for you (but again, I call first dibs!)

Alecia was excellent to work with. The property was wonderful for our needs. Comfortable couch, great TV and stereo, extremely comfortable beds and I loved the jacuzzi tub. The kitchen was well stocked, the house extremely clean and overall a wonderful place to slow down and relax. I will definitely be coming back for my annual Lazy Ladies Weekend

I booked for this home for my daughter’s birthday and to unwind for the long weekend. She was hoping for snow and her wish came true. The house was lovely and homey. I loved the high ceiling design and open floor plan of the house. I get to cook while my family was watching TV or playing games by the fireplace. There’s also balcony outside with a beautiful view. Reminds of my home where I grew up. We got to barbecue out at the balcony for my daughter’s celebration. The house was clean and up to date with technology and furnitures. The house got everything we needed, even more than expected. There is also a general store and restaurant nearby if you need more food and snacks. Alecia was very nice and answered all my questions right away. Her house rules and guidelines were reasonable and easy to follow not like my previous vacation that the owner had so many rules that I felt like I went to a boot camp for a vacation. I would definitely come back and rent Alecia’s home again. We liked it so much that my family is asking to come back again for Christmas.
