'Lazy Bear Lodge' in Florissant w/ Mountain Views!

Our family absolutely loved this property. It has a very unique floor plan, that was a lot of fun for our kids. The view was unbelievable. The hole experience along with this property has made us consider moving to Colorado. This is a true gem. It won’t disappoint.

This cabin was AMAZING! It was so cute and had everything you could want. The Lazy Bear Den with a reading cubby was adorable and the views from the deck were breath taking. Could not recommend more!

Everything was well appointed for a relaxing stay.

We utilized 3 of the 4 bedrooms and made good use of the kitchen (mainly breakfast). We spent a lot of time on the decks and the Great Room talking and enjoying each other's company. The location was perfect for easy access to all that the Colorado Springs area has to offer. Would stay there again as it was perfect!

Its location made it easy to enjoy nearby outdoor activities, and the communication and instructions from the hosts were clear and helpful. We have the most wonderful stay at Lazy Bear Lodge. It really has everything you need. I am always concerned about cleanliness and it was very clean. There was plenty of room for everyone and my kids loved the little bear cave. It’s very private and quiet. I highly recommend The Lazy Bear Lodge to anyone looking to stay in this area.

This is and Excellent maintained property and super Hosts support the property! All the amenities in the property were first class supplies to make the stay relaxing and enjoyable! The Tea Tree bath products were amazing. The kitchen was stocked for a gourmet chef with all the right spices and cooking utensils! Bedding was so comfortable for a good nights sleep before the next days adventure. The Christmas theme along with all the decorations made for a perfect stay with the first snow fall we had seen for a while. We were close to many of the outdoor activities to complete our visit. The fishing and scenery through Eleven Mile Canyon was amazing and very productive. Rainbow Trout made for a great dinner one evening. Thank you for the great accommodations and beautiful memorable stay we had! i would recommend this property to anyone looking for a quite comfortable retreat for the family. My husband and I traveled from South Carolina to visit our son and his family, stationed in Colorado Springs, and we booked Lazy Bear Cabin for a little family getaway. Lazy Bear Cabin had everything we needed, a relaxing and friendly atmosphere. The location was perfect and convenient for outdoor activities—we had an amazing time fly fishing at 11 Mile canyon and exploring the beautiful scenery and waterfalls at Paradise Cove, A perfect hike for almost any one! The cabin host was incredibly friendly and accommodating, making sure our stay was comfortable. Overall, we had a wonderful experience and we highly recommend Lazy Bear Cabin!

Great house just close enough to things to do yet far enough to be secluded. At the house you can't see anyone else with great mountain views and awesome decks. Plenty of large new TVs and modern touches, super soft comfortable beds, and tons of games for the family.

Our family had a wonderful time in our brief, 2-night stay at your house. The views are gorgeous and it was wonderful to enjoy some peace and quiet away from the hustle of the day-to-day pace. Great communication with the owners. We look forward to visiting again soon!

We wanted to visit a lot of tourist locations and we had 3 older couples.Lazy Bear fit the bill. It was centrally located. The only complaint is the gravel roads leading to the lodge. Our 12 passenger rental van had a tough time of it.

I was told when I called there was king bed w bathroom on main floor. There was not.

Great location near activities and attractions. Restaurants as well as groceries were near by. The house itself was a delight !! Clean, casual and comfortable. We really enjoyed our stay.

This is a slice of Heaven in Colorado! We absolutely adore this home, its setup for a family in all ways (from beds, games, kitchen, bear den, outdoor space, etc.). It was an absolute dream for our time in Colorado. It was in the country and provided pure peace, while also being only about 13 minutes from Woodland Park. In addition, it also provided easy access to Cripple Creek, Old Colorado City, Colorado Springs, and all the tourist must sees (ex. Pike’s Peak, hiking trails, etc.). Highly recommend!
