Stayed Jul 1, 2025It was wonderful escaping the July heat that we would’ve had to endure in Phoenix. Show Low was a good 28 cooler and intermittent rain showers were prevalent, especially in the first two weeks. The location was great as were local hiking trails. Unfortunately, despite the rain, the lakes were quite low and muddy.

Stayed Aug 25, 2024Our cabin was absolutely perfect for my husband and I & our little yorkie. The cabin was very clean & well stocked with spices, coffee just about anything you need! They even had a welcome basket for us. We will definitely stay here again!

Stayed Jul 3, 2024The property was perfect for the 6 of us. Very well appointed had everything we needed! They had a basket with snacks, hot chocolate, oatmeal etc. which was a nice touch! It was perfectly set up for dogs. The fenced in back yard was great. We played corn hole and had a bonfire. Even though there are other houses around it was very quiet. The temperatures at night were very comfortable. If you like hiking the Los Caballos trail is an easy 5 minute walk away from the driveway. The loop is 15+ miles long. We only did a mile in and the views were beautiful at the top. We also went to The House to eat and listened to live music. Fools Hollow Lake was very nice and close by. We rented kayaks and a small fishing boat. We also played disc golf at the local park right up the road. Show Low is a nice area and a great place to beat the Phoenix heat.
