Large, Stunning Cabin with Breathtaking View of Piedmont, Pilot Mountain

Loved this property for my family

Wonderful property. Clean and well designed. Views were breathtaking. Jim was an excellent host.

This is an absolutely beautiful log home, with incredible views of Pilot Mt. and the surrounding NC countryside below. This is our 2nd time staying in this home, and we will definitely be back! This trip we took my 2 sons - one of which has 2 small children - our grandchildren! They had the time of their lives! Bring what food & drink you need with you, as supplies aren't that close by, and this place is perfect! I would recommend this home to anyone & everyone! The host is fantastic too!

This house was perfect for a weekend with friends. The kitchen is well equipped. The dining room easily seats eight (or ten cozy). The bed rooms are private and spacious. Best of all is the VIEW - It is awesome! The host was a great communicator. We enjoued the hot tub and the great room is nice. Everyone enjoyed the place and after a weekend together on Groundhog Mtn our friendships were enriched.

Beautiful view

Girls trip and it was so relaxing. The house was plenty big for 5 of us girls. We each had our own room. It was so cold outside and there was lots of snow and it was beautiful outside. We did not have any issues and were very happy with our stay.

Cozy and clean

Everything was fabulous. Views were amazing. The cabin was clean and cozy. This is our third visit and we will be back.

This rental was exactly as it said it would be! The view was incredible and the house was very spacious for what we needed. A great vacation!

Very nice cabin, couldn't get extra propane door open. Didn't use hottub,but was nice to have.Jim was very helpful,and answered all our questions quickly,and was great to correspond with. Beautiful views and very quiet location. Grill worked great,but couldn't use fire pit because of lack of propane,but overall a very nice stay! Thanks so much Jim. Ken and Louise

This was our second trip to this property this year. As before, we had an awesome time. The house and all the amenities were perfect, and of course, the views are amazing. We will be back in the Spring!

We had a great weekend at this treasure of a property. We were able to celebrate our young son’s birthday, grandparents 70th wedding anniversary and do some Easter egg hunting with the most perfect view as a backdrop. I cannot say enough about this special place! Great communication, easy check in and well equipped house. We were all sad to leave, but we hope to be back to enjoy again! Thank you!!!

Excellent all around

A great trip with amazing views. Cabin was clean, exactly as pictured and very cozy for our fall stay.

9 members of my family made our way to this wonderful cabin and immersed ourselves in NCAA March Madness basketball and family time. We absolutely loved our accommodations. Would recommend highly! One of the best parts was walking the loop around the neighborhood, such a beautiful place.

We loved the spacious cabin with 3 levels for our 3 couples. It has a beautiful view. It's quiet and perfect to sit on the deck or play games inside. The owners were gracious and very quick to respond to any questions.We loved our stay.

This home did not disappoint! The home itself was amazing with three levels to keep us entertained and content!! And a view that is as my 7 year old granddaughter stated - like nothing I've ever seen!! Thank you for opening your house to us to get a nice rest after the Christmas rush!!

The property was set up perfectly. The views from the back porch are fantastic. It was close enough to Primland to enjoy all the activities they offer. I would definitely stay again.

Great location, nice and quiet with the absolutely stunning views from the back deck! The house worked very well for the 10 of us adults. The arrival instruction pdf and communications with Mr. Jim were second to none. We truly loved this location, the scenic drive and the ease to Mt. Airy made the 30min drive no issue. This is definitely a place we would use again when we return to visit Mt. Airy / Pilot Mtn. Thanks for sharing the cabin, Mr Jim.

The view is unbeatable! Went for a girls weekend and had a lovely, relaxing time. Homeowner is very easy to contact if have questions. We will probably be back again. Thank you for letting us stay at your lovely house.

Absolutely breathtaking view! My wife & I, her 4 brothers & sisters and their spouses had a wonderful time in this quaint, well-finished off, very nicely equipped log Cabin. We spent 4 nights there, had plenty of room for everyone, and we able to all eat together because of the large Dining area. Access to via the Parkway was excellent, and the hiking we did was only about 30 minutes away - incredible views on the hikes too! Very large deck with nice seating, and again - a spectacular view!!... the view directly below from the hot tub was just as good too! I can't say enough of how good the Owner was to work with, and what an enjoyable time he helped us all to have in his home! I would highly, highly recommend this Cabin to everyone!

The cabin was very spacious with all the amenities as expected. The view was spectacular! We there only three nights but many more would have been even better. We hiked Pilot Mountain and visited Mt. Airy during the Autumn Festival. There was plenty to do and see. We would highly recommend this property to others.

lovely views, quiet, good amount of space & rooms

Our third year here with friends for some golf at Primland and time together. The back porch is amazing and we took full advantage of the spectacular views and weather. We love it! Thanks again Jim for sharing your home!

We had our annual family vacation here. It was 9 of us. The views were spectacular. We spent most of the time on the large deck. Each family had their own living space. I would recommend this for a large group. The children had space to play in the yard. Saw many resident deer. Great accomodations.

This cabin is a beautiful luxury home with a gorgeous view. We really relaxed and enjoyed the quiet, peaceful setting on the deck and in the hot tub. Jim was very communicative and helpful. We will come again.

The cabin was absolutely beautiful and plenty of room for everyone. There were 8 ladies that stayed for our annual girls weekend. We stayed out on the deck most of the time. The view was so peaceful. The home is equipped with all the necessities you need and just felt like home. The owner communication was great. Any time I needed to reach out to him I received a quick response.

This place is absolutely beautiful and had everything we needed. The owner was very responsive especially when the A/C wasn't working because the pipe apparently was blocked and the condensation pan filled up. Fortunately we were able to use the shop vac that was there and empty it. (Probably should get that checked out). Unbelievable views and so quiet. I think we have found a place to come back to.
