The property is beautiful the area is breathtaking, photos don't do justice, we had a wonderful experience and will rent again.

The cabin was exactly as advertised. There were plenty of rooms to gather in and lots of games and books for the children. Be sure to grocery shop before settling in for the night. We didn't realize how far the house was from town. I can only imagine how much fun visiting in the summer would be. Hopefully, we will do that soon.

Perfect for our family re-visit to Lake Hiwassee. Mary Francis did a great job responding to our needs. Amenities met our cooking, partying and water fun needs.

We had a fantastic time. It is so enjoyable being on the lake. The house was clean, the owner was very responsive to any questions and we loved the floor plan. We kept all the adults upstairs and the kids on the first floor lol

We originally planned to visit this property in September, but a hurricane forced us to reschedule. Mary kindly warned us about the conditions and helped us pick a safer date. We returned for New Year, and it was absolutely worth it!The cabin is in a private, peaceful location with few, distantly spaced neighbors. While the lake wasn’t full due to the season, we didn’t mind, as we wanted to enjoy the cozy indoors. The home is beautifully decorated, well-furnished, and fully equipped. Outdoor seating offers stunning views that pictures don’t do justice—we loved having breakfast outside every day.This is the perfect getaway for making memories and escaping busy lives. There’s plenty of room for multiple families to gather while still maintaining privacy. The kids enjoyed games, and we watched movies downstairs. Although the internet wasn’t great, that was not our goal. Mary’s detailed instructions covered everything we needed or would ever need.Overall, it was a relaxing, peaceful stay with unmatched views and comfort. Mary is very nice and personable. We can’t wait to return this summer!

Perfect location to host out thanksgiving family feast! Great layout enabling plenty of space and privacy for those that stayed in the house and a nice sized main room with beautiful fireplace and screened in porch. There was no indoor dining table but there plenty of trays available , and those that weren’t tough enough to brave the weather on the porch used those. Beautiful views and would be perfect in the summer, when water levels are up! Already talking about a return trip!!

Staying at the lakehouse was a wonderful experience. Mary the host was great with details and communication. The house was lovely, super spacious, and the screened porches were a perfect dinner spot. An amazing time will book again.

Perfect for a mountain getaway. The area is a favorite of ours for escaping to the mountains and this house has all the cabin vibes we wanted. The huge screened in porch was why we picked it and it was everything we hoped for.

Wonderful cabin served my wife and our nine children very well. Screened in porch with the dinner table was great. You felt like you were in a tree house eating ourlooking the hillside and dock. Beautiful cabin property on the end of a cove that is perfect for swimming right off the dock. The main lake is also beautiful rented a pontoon and explored it also. Host was wonderful to work with communicated very well ..

This place is so absolutely perfect! I can’t think of one negative. It was beautifully decorated, had everything we could have possibly needed, the beds were comfy, and the dock was so relaxing. I can’t wait to go back during the summer months and do some kayaking and boating. Owner was especially responsive and helpful with everything. Great family getaway!!!

The house and host were excellent. One of the most peaceful and relaxing places that I have ever been. Ms O’Malley communicates and goes out of her way to make your stay an amazing experience. Would definitely return.

We had an absolutely wonderful vacation at this property. Our group of 12 had plenty of space. We made good use of the screened in porches, and ate our meals out there as well as just relaxing in the beautiful surroundings. The kids spent hours jumping off the dock. We grilled almost every night and there was a campfire too, with s'mores for the kids. The neighborhood is friendly, my son-in-law struck up a conversation with a sweet couple, who offered us their kayak for the week! We rented a pontoon at the nearby marina, so there was plenty of water sports to be enjoyed. The lake is absolutely stunning. The owner is excellent when it comes to communication. Overall, a 10/10 vacation.

Mary was great to work with. The cabin is stocked with everything. the pool table was a big hit but the best thing was the dock. We had an amazing 5 days there and hope to return.

Property was as described. Our family enjoyed being there. Mary was very helpful and communication throughout out our stay was good. Would return.
