Great location with stunning views of the Lower Mountain Lake. Close proximity to Woodsville for shopping at Walmart to get food/provisions. Nice size kitchen for preparing food/meals which saves on dining out at restaurants. Although we did really enjoy Rek Lis Brewing Co in Littleton, highly recommend visiting there and the many shops on Main St. Overall experience was excellent and definitely recommend this rental to family and friends.

Beautiful home!

We recently stayed a week at this cabin, and everything was inviting and relaxing. The host was friendly and quick to respond to any questions. Rooms were nice and big and we especially liked that each bedroom also had a bathroom. The wood fireplace was cozy for a couple of cooler rainy days we had and the host had wood available onsite. The 3 outside decks were amazing to enjoy basking in the sun and the property has kayaks and a canoe onsite as well which was a huge plus to enjoy the lake. We fully enjoyed the cabin for our week and are missing sitting on the deck, looking up at the stars and listening to the peepers at night!

Wonderful stay. I was incredibly impressed with the responsiveness of the owners both in advance and during the stay. They offer many accommodations to entertain all ages at the house and a thorough guide explaining the local area. I would feel confident recommending to anyone to stay at this location.

We very much enjoyed our stay at our lakeside cabin. We were pleased to see a bathroom and bedroom on the main floor as well as bathroom and bedrooms in the basement and on the second floor. It allowed privacy and access . The host answered all our questions and he was very accommodating when we had to arrive late. The Kitchen is well set up to prepare meals. Our family could all sit at the large dining room table. The only thing that could’ve been better is the weather. We look forward to coming back after mud season is over.

Beautiful cabin. Lovely location, right on the water. Quiet street. House was in pristine condition, spacious and warm. Perfect for our family get away. The hosts were incredibly helpful and responsive, they really showed how much they care for their guests and rental. Thank you!

This cabin was perfect— cozy, great wood-burning stove, a well-equipped kitchen, and marvelous access to the frozen lake. It was ideal for a family Christmas getaway. The host was very responsive and answered all our questions. It’s very conveniently located to a town. I highly recommend a stay here.

Everything was truly great and mad easy

The house was beautiful. It was more space than we needed but super homey. Loved loved loved the shower. (Huge jacuzzi tub for those that like baths) Hosts were very communicative. Will definitely come back.

This cabin was excellent! It was well stocked, great location, and beautiful scenery! The owner's were excellent communicators and answered any questions quickly! My family had a great time and we home we hope to visit again in the summer and take advantage of the lake! 10/10 would recommend!

We absolutely loved our stay at this beautiful cabin. It felt cozy and welcoming from the moment we arrived. The kitchen was fantastic-well stocked with groceries, quality cookware, and everything we needed to enjoy home-cooked meals. We spent our evenings by the indoor and outdoor fireplaces and loved paddling the canoe and kayak on the peaceful lake. The neighborhood is quiet and relaxing, yet just a short drive to grocery stores and the White Mountains.The Albie and Kacy are wonderful and communicated so well throughout our stay. Highly recommend!

Lovely log cabin on a quiet lake. We especially enjoyed relaxing on the deck after a day of biking or hiking. It's about a 25 minute drive to Lincoln and Franconia State Park, but if you don't mind a little bit of driving, it is a very nice, peaceful escape to come back to at the end of a busy day.

Beautiful space for a peaceful stay in nature. Comfortable beds, plenty of towels and linens. We cooked the entire time and the kitchen was stocked with all the necessary cookware. Lovely lake for kayaking and swimming. We enjoyed it!

We absolutely love this place. It was a perfect weekend and the amenities were a perfect touch to the experience. The owners were very accommodating, communicative and nice. Will most likely book again!

The hosts were quick to respond and easy to work with. We didn't get to enjoy the amenities of the property as we spent much of the time out adventuring, but the location on the lake was great and the hosts have a kayaks available for use. It was quiet and rural (exactly what we were looking for) but within 30 minutes of great dining options and outdoor activities.

This was a nice home with a beautiful view of the lake from all 3 decks. We were looking forward to using the kayaks that are on the property but sadly the weather did not cooperate. Home was quiet and relaxing, close to great hiking trails, and Franconia and Littleton were a short drive away. Communication was excellent with the owners. Kitchen was well stocked. We would have given 5 stars overall but the walls had some cobwebs that the cleaners must have missed. Also would have been nice to have shampoo etc in the bathrooms.

The Mountain Lakes community is an incredible part of the Woodsville, Haverhill, Bath, NH area. Close to all of the industrial areas in Woodsville with the beauty and solitude that the area has to offer. This home was perfect for our family to spread out and enjoy privacy but still have a big common area to share and hang out. The wood stove heats the house quickly and provides the spectacular benefits of cabin life. The home has all basics for cooking and cleaning above and beyond other homes I have rented. Super clean and stock is available in the basement to resupply toilet paper or paper towels, if needed. The view of the lake is above measure with peaceful shimmering waters in the morning on the back deck. Although it was too cold and rainy to use the kayaks or do a fire pit, the availability is easy and convenient with the house right on the lake. The driveway is a little tricky as it is steep for smaller cars and it could be intimidating to young drivers. Plenty of parking on the street with an open outside staircase built into the hill safely leading to the home. The wrap around porch was a great way to get around to the back of the house without having to walk through it with wet shoes. Overall, this home was a great place to stay and a welcoming space to share with family.

The house was perfect for cooking and having meals together. Well equipped large kitchen and nice large table and deck. We appreciated the view and peaceful location. Communication with the owners was excellent and they were very kind as we were staying to attend a family funeral. Thank you.

Kacy and Albie communicated with us a few days before our trip and even said we could check in before 4pm which set our trip off on great footing! The photos and description matched the property perfectly. We have stayed in Mnt Lakes a few times and their house is in a great location. Amazing sunrises and sunsets and steps from the lake.We cooked some amazing meals (kitchen is fully stocked), and I loved sitting on the deck with a cup of coffee and a book in the early mornings! I look forward to booking from Albie & Kacy again next time we make the trip up north to this hidden oasis

A bit out of the way but a cozy cabin with a nice view. The roads were muddy after some unseasonably warm days but a fun weekend nonetheless.

We stayed here for a few nights during school vacation to go ice fishing nearby and it was perfect. Such a cozy cabin and I bet it would be a great place to visit in the summer months with the lake. We will definitely be back!

This home was absolutely what we needed. It was cozy and clean. We loved the space. The property managers were amazing. Answering all my questions and giving the best recommendations for food and shopping. We would definitely recommend this property and we look forward to coming back .

Overall we had a wonderful weekend. Location was close to trails and good restaurants. Road was plowed after storm. Communication was great with owners. We had fun sledding in back yard and the wood stove was fantastic. Beds were comfortable although we had to search for sheets to make the beds. Would be nice to stock up on basic things like ziplock bags napkins paper towels and foil etc. Would definitely stay again!

Excellent, hiked some trails in Franconia Notch and checked out the Ice Castle in Lincoln.

A few friends and I needed a quiet weekend to recharge - this place was relaxing and cozy and just the right distance from Littleton and Lincoln. We all felt better after a few days here

Our winter getaway was the perfect weekend from beginning to end! The house was exactly what we saw online. We loved that each bedroom was on a different floor, which provided privacy for each of us but yet allowed us to come together in the common areas. The views of the lake were amazing!! We can’t wait to come back in a different season and take advantage of the lake house during the warmer months!

The family and I wanted to spend a classic New England weekend in a log cabin in the winter. Unfortunately, kids got sick so I just went with my dog. We had a ball. It's a lovely property at a lovely location. Look forward to bringing the family back at a later date maybe in the summer or fall to be able to enjoy the lake and surrounding activities. Recommend this property and the hosts without reservation. A
