Stayed Feb 7, 2025I really liked the area, the cleanliness of the cottage. I wish they would have given a later checkout due to the winter storm that came on Sunday but they said no. There was some ice I had to chop off the stairs on the deck to get in the door. But besides that it was nice. Unfortunately we had to leave Saturday afternoon because of the storm and no later checkout they would give to us, and missed a paid for night. I would think in the middle of winter it would have not been a big sea. You need to give grace to get grace. If I came back it would not be in the winter

Stayed Jun 7, 2026Do not stay here. My wife and I have stayed in dozens of bnb’s over the years. This is clearly the worst. Filthy, run-down, dingy, trashy. Either the photos and reviews in the listing are fake or very old. The place is literally falling apart.It’s described as pet-friendly, but there were numerous ant baits on the floor in easy reach of pets (or children). We found one in our dog’s mouth just as she began playing with it. Fortunately, the plastic wasn’t punctured before we retrieved it.The landscaping is completely overgrown. All of the neighbors have signs in their yards telling you how unwelcome you are.This was a nightmare.

Stayed Oct 9, 2025The cabin was cozy and peaceful. Host provided coffee pods and paper goods. The paper goods were appreciated because we flew and only purchased the essentials at the grocery store. We were not at the cabin very much because we were visiting relatives. We chose the cabin over a hotel room because we knew it would feel more like being at home.

Stayed Jun 20, 2025Hosted a bachelorette trip at this property and it was fantastic. The kayaks and paddle boards provided plenty to do along with a firepit to sit around at night. The house was cozy with plenty of space to sleep 5. Had a great time!

Stayed Mar 30, 2025We visited this property for a short stay and it meet our expectations for the value. Contact with host was easy and property manager coordinated return of a personal item we forgot which was so kind.This cottage makes good use of the space and the decore is fun. Pictures make it look slightly larger than it is and all bedrooms are open to other spaces but for our family that was not an issue. The yard is great and having the kayaks and paddle boards on-site is awesome!!! Our tweens and teen loved paddling out on the lake and then enjoying a campfire. Inside boardgames are a treat and the electric fireplace was very nice.
