The perfect spot for our annual family reunion. Great being right on the lake. Quiet peaceful serene location the property was immaculate and the host was very responsive before during and after our stay. Ample square footage and great layout. The house is set up wonderful for a large group. We had all ages and everyone enjoyed all that there is to do there. Set up great with toys and games for the kids, places to relax for adults and end the day with a bonfire. Would go back!

We stayed here to be close to BIR for the races. It is a beautiful cabin & lake space. We wish we would have had more time to enjoy it. We had grandchildren along & on Saturday & Sunday evenings they enjoyed the kayaks & paddle boards. I was really glad that PFD's were provided & they all found one that fit.

Really lovely house with beautiful view. Close proximity to restaurants, golf, and lakes. Only downside was the shallowness of the lake for our boat.

Have rented many VRBO's and this one was a 5 star! Wonderful, comfy home with big back yard leading to lake. We didn't fish but saw lots swimming around by the dock. Secluded and peaceful, tree lined yard with water toys, fire pit, and 2 decks for just sitting and enjoying the view! Location ideal as it is close enough to any of the activities and dining options families will enjoy in the area! VERY clean with comfy beds, plenty of room for family movie nights or games, kitchen well equipped and had all we needed for the cooking we did. Safety stair gate for families with toddlers. Owners were prompt with replies and made us feel so welcome! LOVED our time there and would highly recommend for anyone! Check in a breeze! Will certainly keep this on my list if visiting area again! Thanks again for the use of this beautiful home!

We (7 adults, 4 kids) spent 5 fantastic days at this lakefront property. Our family fit comfortably in the house. The homeowner provided kayaks, paddleboards, and other water toys for our use, along with life jackets. The kids had a blast fishing from the dock. The yard and beach area felt surprisingly private; we could barely see the adjacent home through the trees. The kitchen was was well-equipped with updated appliances and cooking utensils. We felt that the photos and description of the property are accurate. We're already considering a return visit next year!

We had a great time at this property. Our group was 5 siblings and spouses (varying night stays) to catch up and spend some rare bonding time together. The property is very nice and very private. Our highlights were floating on the lake, campfires and enjoying the view from the deck and just catching up. The house was amazing, clean, well stocked and the owner was great to work with!

Jonathan's place exceeded my expectations! Plenty of space and had all the extra items needed. The decorations for the 4th holiday was a nice added touch! The lake and toys available were wonderful. Perfect for the adults and the little ones. Owners made sure check in went smoothly and very responsive. I definitely recommend this place and will visit again.

This house was perfect! Surprisingly private with a wonderful beach area but close to a lot of area attractions. Plenty of room for our entire family. We had a great time and would definitely rebook the next time we are in the area.

We stayed here on our annual Family cabin stay and it was outstanding!! Such a beautiful home, with lots of frig and cupboard space. The paddle boards and kayaks were used a lot and were a big hit! The kids also spent a lot of time playing in the sand! Great communication with the owner! Would highly recommend!!

We had events weekend in Brainerd and Baxter, the house was huge and accommodating. There was plenty of space for the kids to disappear and adults to play games and chillax.Our host was responsive when we had questions, and helped make sure we were all set. Thanks much for the place!
