Lake Pokegama Cabin - Chetek Chain of Lakes

Very neat cabin with an excellent water view. Very relaxing stay and great place to work from. Lots of great places to visit and to go to eat near by.

Cabin is clean and cozy. Perfect view of the lake. Had a couple of questions and the owner was very responsive. Would stay again and also recommend to others.

Great stay would I recommend to anyone..

My family has been coming to chetek for many years and we've stayed many places but this house has is now our favorite. The location can not be beat. The views from the house overlooking the lake are stunning. We were able to fish right off the dock and had some our best catches ever. It's a minute walk to a local restaurant and bar which has live music regularly. And the house is a perfect size for my family of 5. The house was clean, had nice amenities and the kitchen had everything you could need. We enjoyed our stay so much that we already booked our stay for next year.

This place was amazing! So amazing we booked it again next year. Great location. Very clean and updated. Very cute house. Lisa was great to work with. Very quick response to any questions or concerns we had.

My fiancé and I stayed here while I had a fishing tournament on the lake. The location was perfect and the cabin was great.

I have to say our stay was some what disappointing.The place itself was attractive enough but lacking some pretty basic amenities. No shelves or cupboard for our groceries. No place to hang ,hang up clothes,other than hooks.There was no HOT water for the shower. Tepid at best!Why no shade for the front window? The view is beautiful but the early morning sun is blinding. Can't read or watch the early morning news without sunglasses!Now, the biggie. The beds are horrible! Played musical beds,to no avail. Since returning home, I am now seeing a chiropractor.I encountered ants and spiders. The window sills need to be cleaned. Needless to say we won't be back.

Clean, cozy, quaint cabin in a great location with beautiful views! Lisa has thought of everything to make sure your stay is enjoyable whether you need to stay in due to rain and play board games or sitting outside lakefront playing bean bags and grilling (all provided for your enjoyment).

We loved staying at this cabin! We made the trip to hike 6 state parks and this cabin was a great home base for us. It was great to be able to cook breakfast before we headed out hiking and then dinner when we made it back. We were able to relax in the cabin in the evenings and this cozy cabin was perfect for that! We greatly enjoyed the views of the lake out the windows each morning and being able to bring our dog along as well! He loved being by the lake and relaxing in the cabin as well! We had such a wonderful stay!

Enjoyed a long Fall weekend with the family. The lake was quiet, colors beautiful. Cabin stayed warm and cozy despite cool weather outside.

I LOVED this little cabin. It was immaculate and super cozy! We arrived in the evening and it was so easy to enter my code and move right in. The mornings were crisp and beautiful on the lake. My daughter and her husband live in Rice Lake and Lisa was so gracious to let us have them come and spend a little time with us. There was a terrific cantina within walking distance and our only regret was that we missed Gilligan's bar and grill...we heard they were awesome! I would recommend this place to anyone and hope to come back! Jodi

Cottage was nicely kept and clean. Kitchenware was nice clean and all matching (which is rare in a rental) in our experiences. Bed was comfortable, bathroom is small but very clean. Quiet neighborhood close to town and restaurants.

Had a great getaway with family. Nice area with great places to eat. Caught some nice 8” gills both days we went. I like that you can access some of the bars with your boat. Met some nice people everywhere we went.

We had a great stay at this cute little cabin! it was our wedding weekend, was in close proximity to the heart of Chetek. We ate at Gilligans a couple times and the food and service was phenomenal. We would definitely stay here again if the opportunity presented itself!

Absolutely great place to stay! Clean quiet, and beautiful. I cant wait to stay here again.

Just got back from a great weekend at this cabin! Everything was just as expected and location, cleanliness, communication, etc. were all great. We enjoyed kayaking and paddle boarding and relaxing in the sun especially. Hope to visit again in the future!

This cottage is well-maintained and well stocked. It's very close to town and restaurants. We all enjoyed sitting out and watching the boat traffic passing by. Since the cottage is in a no-wake zone, it's very quiet even on the weekend at the peak of boat traffic. We enjoyed our stay.
