Lake Front Rental With Chugach Mountain Views!

The setting overlooking the lake was lovely. The house was very clean and inviting. Had much more to offer than we needed since we were staying overnight only.

This was the most amazing place to stay! The house was luxurious and beautiful! The beds were very comfortable and our host made sure we had everything we needed. We also went for a paddle on the lake! My only regret is not being able to stay longer! I cannot recommend it enough!

This is a really special place. Not only are you staying in one of the most well built air cabins you will ever find, you will be surrounded by the beauty of Alaska. From canoeing at the lake by the house to staying up late and seeing the northern lights, I will find a reason to stay here again. Thank you again for the lovely stay, I am incredibly grateful.

The property was amazing. Roxanne and Allen were wonderful and helpful hosts. The cabin was great with a lot of space. The furnishings were great. If I ever come back to the area, I wouldn’t stay anywhere else!!!

Amazing 1 bedroom bungalow with full kitchen, washer dryer snd living room. Basically an apartment. Only negative wax we only stayed one night...

This property is a great place to park for a few days and explore Wrangell/St. Elias, Glenallen and all of the wonderful mountains and glaciers in the area. The cabin is on a large lake with scenic views of the surrounding mountains. The hosts are very friendly and accomodating and made our stay very special. It is two thirds of the way between Anchorage and Wrangell/ St. Elias.

Beautiful spot with a super nice cabin! We loved going out on the canoe and enjoying the lake view from the cabin deck!

The house is next to a beautiful lake with ducks and swans. They have a paddle boat and a canoe you can use. There is a balcony to view the lake from. The house is spacious, clean, and with all amenities I would think to use.

The property was more than expected. It appeared to be a fairly new structure, with ample furnishings ...couches, chairs, full kitchen (full stove, full fridge, and necessary utensils) 2 beds, a queen and king. The bed was comfortable. The place was clean as new. There was a fantastic view out the front window, across the lake to the mountains.. We were offered the use of a canoe on the lake but it was too cold for us.To find the place, follow Roxanne's direction carefully...watch for the 143 mile post.

The cabin was just as described. Comfortable, quiet, amazing views, clean, with all the amenities for us to enjoy our overnight stop and do a little laundry. Roxanne met us outside at check-in and as we were leaving. So friendly with helpful information for our continued road trip to Anchorage. So glad we chose to stay here!

The cabin was clean, cozy, adorable and relaxing. The views were stunning. Absolutely would stay here again. The bed was the most comfortable bed I've ever slept on. Overall an exceptional stay.

This is a very special place to stay while visiting Alaska. This home is so beautiful, very clean, and comfortable. The views of the homestead is incredible and breathtaking. Roxanne is so sweet, thoughtful and gave wonderful recommendations for our trip. She is a 5 star host! We will be back :)

Beautiful and peaceful location. Thoughtful and considerate hosts made our stay wonderful.

The hosts were delightful! They were friendly helpful. The views of the mountains were stunning. We had access to a canoe and paddled around the lake which was an extra fun bonus. The house was lovely and had all the amenities we needed. The only constructive feedback is that one of the bedrooms doors do not have a door or a sheet to separate that space from the living room. A sheet would make it easier for someone to sleep if the living room was being occupied.

We absolutely loved our stay here! The house was cozy, clean, and had everything we needed—but what really stood out was the beautiful lake view.One big surprise was how spacious the place felt! The photos honestly don’t do it justice—the rooms were much bigger and more open than we expected, which made our stay even more comfortable.The host was super kind and responsive, and everything was really easy from check-in to check-out. We left feeling relaxed and already looking forward to our next visit. Highly recommend this spot if you’re looking for a quiet, scenic getaway!

The property was absolutely beautiful and serene. Nearly only the sound of the wind and the birds (and the occasional car from the Glenn).We also really enjoyed the paddleboat available to use on the lake - we even almost had a (too) close encounter with a moose!We would definitely stay here again, and have already talked about another stay during the winter when the lake is frozen!
