The cabin was cute and clean. It had most of the necessities except TV. Property was nice with a beautiful view but covered in goose poop. Enjoyed the short walk to Lake Superior. Dirt road was very busy due to campers and everyone going to and from Grand Marais. Overall, we enjoyed our week.

Loved the sliding glass door looking out at the lake. We watched a Cormorant who spent time on the neighboring dock every day that we were there.

Owner (Tony) was very helpful! Screen handle needs fixing and was shocked at white linens and pet friendly!!! Good to find a dark green blanket! It was raining upon entry and address by VRBO not what’s on the parking area(which is nice and big!) Love this area of UP and the cabin #2 we were in…glad for the fan, it was hot this year! WiFi needs no capitalization!

A lovely, small cottage on the lake that was a perfect launch point for various sight seeing adventures. Wonderful to sit out on the patio and enjoy the lake breeze, and Lake Superior is around a 5 min walk from the cottage! One thing to note : GPS will send you up the hill, which is not where it is located. Cottages are right on the lake where the road up the hill t's into the main road - there are signs as well, but if arriving at night they will be hard to see. All in all a wonderful time!

the cabin made a great base camp. we were able to access many sections of the lake superior shoreline. we found agates, and yooperlights. Also took the GK,s kayaking on the lake multiple time to give grandma a break. lol. would love to come back again. P.s.also caught fish n frogs!
