Nathan's house was set up perfectly for our big family! We all had a great time and enjoyed the beautiful area. Can't wait to come back.

Kodiak Valley worked so well for our family! Lots of space in the house to hang out together and have our own private space. We enjoyed the Hot Tub and Sauna. The game garage had lots of things to do pool and ping pong tables, TV, arcade. We really enjoyed our time here. If we stay in this area again we will be staying here!

Wanted my immediate family members to stay all together, so this place was Perfect!!! What a fantastic and Beautiful place that has Everything you’d need!!! We enjoyed every amenity offered ! Would definitely recommend Nathan’s property!

Lots of games and activities to keep you busy.

Overall, we were happy with this property. Our family has been renting cabins for the past 7 years around Washington state during this time of the year, and we always enjoy the Cle Elum/Suncadia area. The game room in the detached garage was fantastic for the kids and adults! The only thing I didn't like was how slippery the floor was when wet, which was often since we had to walk through some snow to get between the house and garage. Some of the beds weren't very comfortable and a lot of them made noise whenever there was movement. We also couldnt find any extra bedding, which was a bit of a bummer. Each bedroom did have a TV and that was a nice surprise, even though most of us didnt use them. The loft was a nice space for the kids. The kitchen space was good and well stocked with utensils and cookware. This house was a great setup if you have a large group that wants to spread out into smaller groups. Our family likes to all hangout in one central location so the downstairs living area and the detached garage were great for that. The main floor living area was a bit small but we made it work.

The adult kids loved the game room and pool tournaments a plenty. Really appreciated having the Xmas tree, made our Xmas morning gift exchange feel like home. Kitchen was well stocked.I just brought a few of the items I knew I would need for cookie baking. The neighborhood is lovely for morning walks. Hot tub was used by the adult kids alot and having enough personal space, own rooms was really good. Great supply of games and puzzles. Did a couple puzzles down in basement. Overall really great experience.
