Fantastic house right on the lake in a quiet neighborhood with large lots.The attention to the amenities in the house was excellent. The owners were wonderful as well. We'll definitely be returning.

Perfect Family Getaway – Spacious, Comfortable, and Exceptionally WelcomingWe stayed at this beautiful lake house with our family (6 adults and 2 kids) and had an absolutely amazing time. The home was spotless, spacious, and thoughtfully appointed with everything we needed for a relaxing and memorable stay.From the moment we arrived, hosts Bill and Sharon made us feel incredibly welcome. They were warm, responsive, and went above and beyond to accommodate our needs—including helping with boat parking and battery charging, which was a huge plus since we brought our own boat.The house itself is wonderfully laid out for groups and families. We especially appreciated:Handicap accessibility, which made it easy for all family members to enjoy the space.Comfortable beds and high-quality linens—everyone slept well!Plenty of seating in both the living and dining areas, perfect for gathering together.A well-stocked kitchen with all the utensils and appliances we needed.Thoughtful extras like a welcome gift, air compressor in the garage, flashlight, bug spray, and games for the kids.Lake access with a dock/slip, which made boating super convenient.Every detail was taken care of, and the house was impeccably clean. We truly felt at home and appreciated the care and attention that went into making this property so welcoming.Highly recommend for families or groups looking for a peaceful, well-equipped lake retreat with outstanding hosts!

Sharon and Bill provide a completely relaxing experience, providing everything you need to enjoy the beautiful lake and nature! They even provide for your beloved pet! Highly recommend this place!!

We had our childen and grand children on this trip. I dont have one bad comment for this house. You don't have to bring the usual items like most rentals. It's all here. Stocked for everything you would need. The host were great! Love, Love, Ĺove.

This was our 4th VRBO and KY Deer Run and the owners outshone the others by a mile. Not that the others were bad, this place was fantastic. It had everything you could need and more. It was incredibly stocked with supplies, including salt, pepper, sugar, spices, etc. Flatware, glassware, plates, bowls, glasses aplenty. Impeccably clean and 100% in working order. The owners were quick to respond to communications, flexible to our needs, and there was a very nice gift basket waiting for us. House and dock were awesome. We swam, kayaked, and fished our hearts out. Can't say enough good things about this place and the owners. 11 out of 10. Hoping we can find the schedule to return next year it was so good.

My family had a wonderful time at Deer Run. We were all very comfortable and so much was provided for. I packed toilet paper and paper towels and never had to open them. The owners are super helpful and are always working on keeping the property problem free during your stay.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The location of the house is just beautiful. Very serene and peaceful. The house is so comfortable and very well equipped with everything you could possibly need. Bill and Sharon are wonderful hosts. We can’t wait to go back next year!

I have stayed in many VRBO’s but never one as well appointed as this one. Every detail has been so well thought out. You leave feeling so well taken care of. The lake is so private and serene and I would not hesitate to recommend.

This property is just lovely. It is very private and peaceful. The host is very thoughtful of the guests needs. The host even provided doggie towels, a croquet set, and wood for our marshmallow roast!

The house was spotless and had great accommodations. The location and proximity to the lake are perfect. Wonderful place to take pets!

This was our second trip to KDR and same results as before, it was perfect. Bill and Sharon provide literally anything you need and everything is super clean. It’s perfect for anybody that likes to fish or just relax by a fire. They have a fire pit down by the dock and a large solo stove on the balcony as well. Our boys loved the kayaks and would paddle out for some fishing. Zero complaints and highly recommend.

We enjoyed our two night stay. There was plenty of room for everyone. The property was clean and nicely decorated. The kitchen was well equipped, and we enjoyed the ping pong table.
