The cabin was really nice. Plenty of room for everyone. However, the garbages were full upon arrival so we had to haul all our garbage home with us. The hot tub, which was supposed to be a highlight of the trip, was unusable as it was full of green water and smelled of mold.

Oof. While the space is nice and well-laid out, overall, this rental missed the mark. None of the bathroom doors lock. Only one bathroom had towels stocked in it, and there were barely enough for the 12 of us to each have a towel once we finally located them (they were all in drawers in the master ensuite bathroom). A couple of the beds didn't have fitted sheets on them, it was just a topsheet laying on top of the mattress. One bedroom had mouse poop on the bedside table and on the windowsill. There were fake fingernails in the carpet in multiple upstairs rooms. One of the beds had large pieces of dried bread under the pillow. Loads of cobwebs in the high ceilings and windows. All that and there was no coffee grinder, but there was a blender, so we made it work. Honestly, any one of these things individually we could easily overlook, but all together, it was a bit comical how underwhelming it all was.

The location was great! We stayed there for our family trip to Yellowstone. There's so much space that all of the 16 grandkids basically had there own space! The kitchen was very spacious and modern. Absolutely loved it! Thanks for allowing us to rent this beautiful home. The only thing problematic was the yard,there didn't appear to be any lawn which makes playing volleyball a bit challenging!

We recently stayed at this property in Island Park, and unfortunately, it did not live up to the listing or photos. The home was in poor condition and lacked basic cleanliness. We found mouse traps in common areas (one of which snapped on a baby), a live mouse in the basement window well, pubic hairs in the bathroom sink, dirty counters, cobwebs, and unwashed linens. We had to clean the kitchen for nearly an hour before we could use it, and there was little to no toilet paper provided.Furniture, blinds, and linens were very worn or broken, and the layout didn’t match the listing — beds were missing, and the advertised bunk beds were nowhere to be found. Locked cabinets limited storage space, and there were almost no extra blankets or linens. Several doorknobs didn’t latch properly, and the fridge handle was broken.While we appreciated the outdoor fire pit, BBQ deck, and ample seating and parking, the overall condition of the property — inside and out — made the stay disappointing. The photos online appear outdated and do not accurately reflect the current state of the home. This property needs serious cleaning, maintenance, and updated listing info.

We have stayed at this house before for a family reunion. It accomodates a lot of people. Lots of areas to congregate. Hot tub was used and enjoyed. TVs galore. Lots of beds and extra mattresses for families to use in individual rooms. Some stuff is getting old and warn down and needs a little TLC, like broken blinds, but overall it’s a great house for a lot of separate families. I think overall our family enjoyed the house. Thx

Awesome house, location, amenities, services were the perfect distance to allow privacy but also accessibility. We had 21 people and it definitely could have slept more. It was clean, and everything worked as expected. We would highly recommend this house to any large family or group!

This house is beautiful. We had 23 people and 21 snowmobiles. Plenty of parking and there is a snowmobile trail across the street. We easy rode to Two Tops, Mesa Falls and on miles of beautiful trails. Hot tub was fabulous after riding. Plenty of space for everyone. I would recommend this house.

Property was great! Very cozy and plenty of room for our big family. Only thing was the air hockey did not work and the street fighter game for the kids didn’t either. The heat was

This is a wonderful house for a large group! It was very clean and we liked the location. It was missing quite a few little details, but the property manager was super responsive and worked out all the kinks right away for us. We would stay here again.

Very clean, very fun trip!

This place was excellent for large family/friend gatherings. The location to Island Park Reservoir made for a ton of fun. There was everything we needed for cooking with all the comforts of home. We had 4 different families that stayed here together and everyone had their own place. The number of bathrooms made for an excellent bonus and we never ran out of hot water even after multiple people showered back to back. Would definitely stay here again.

The location was great. Loved having gathering spaces to all be together and play games. Some of the blinds were broken. Would have been nice to have a dust pan. When we arrived at 5:40 the cleaners were still making beds and needed to do a little vacuuming Loved having 7 bedrooms and six bathrooms. Beds were pretty comfortable pillows were a little hard. Overall it was pretty clean Some of the windows had missing screens or tears so we couldn’t leave them open to get air movement when we were home. We did enjoy the home and had a great time. Would rent again. Just thought you should know about those few things so they could be fixed.

We had a great time at this property. With so many bedrooms it really offered enough space for my family reunion.

Stayed in this home for Memorial weekend and great place to have fun. near to West Yellowstone and convenient for planning activities
