Jim Thorpe Rustic Cabin With Hot Tub, EV Charger, BBQ Grill & Outdoor Games!

The property was great, however, when we got there we noticed that there was an issue with one of the splits that was cooling the house. I reached out to the owner and our response was “shut up”. I did not appreciate that.

I didn’t like that the sleeping area up in the loft was very cramped. It was more suited for small kids than an adult. I would’ve liked some soap in the bathroom as well other than that it was OK.

We had such an amazing time at this beautiful cabin. The place was meticulous and had such charm. Couldn’t believe there was even a charging station for my car 😍

The house is quaint and cozy. Comfortable couch with nice TV. The kitchen has well equipped with most of what you will need to prepare a meal. All amenities worked fine. We enjoyed our stay and recommend to others.

This place is so cute! The furnishings have a mountain/bear theme and the pieces are all very tasteful. The hot tub was clean and private. Everything you need is here, just bring food and coffee! There are also places to eat nearby. We had dinner at Dom n Aly's one night. The food was delicious, and the portions are large. If you have an electric vehicle, there is a Supercharger station 4 minutes away. We'd definitely stay again!

Host was not accommodating of the state of emergency and associated travel bans. We were unable to make it to the cabin, and the host could not provide an adequate resolution.

The host was very helpful when I reached out with questions and the place was wonderful. I loved this house so much and have recommended it to my friends and family already. The hot tub was so relaxing with the LED lights in the brisk evening winter air. It was a very romantic getaway. Absolutely loved everything!!

The house was beautiful. The hot tub needed cleaning, but it was addressed within an hour or so. You can't see your neighbors because of the trees blocking them. It's perfect for 2 adults. We would rent again.

Small cabin located close to Jim Thorpe and Hickory Run State Park. We enjoyed the hot tub, screened in porch and fire pit! The kitchen was well supplied and we liked the smart TVs in bedroom and living room. The bed was very firm and the laundry (towels & bedding) did not smell fresh. Great for a couples trip!

We wanted to stay in a cute little cabin for our anniversary. We had two “has to have” - a hot tub and a fire pit. We were told the night before leaving at around 9-9:30 pm that the hot tub wasn’t working due to an “ongoing issue”. I did think it was messed up to wait the night before leaving to tell us, despite us booking several days prior. The host immediately tried to rectify sending us two more properties to pick from or we could cancel. They offered us to use the hot tub at a second location since we wanted to stay at the first cozy location (the second properties offered were bigger vacation homes). We thought this was great since the second location had a lake, a fire table, a pool table etc etc. it seemed so beautiful, and only about a 10 minutes drive from the original. When we checked into the second location offered, the host had sent us to an entirely different property not discussed, and not one of the “you can pick one of these”. It was weird of them to make the mistake. This one didn’t have a fire table or a fire pit. Nothing of the sort. Was completely different from the listing. But there was a hot tub. We made the most of what we had. But it definitely wasn’t what was offered. When I reached out to the host they were like “oh wow really?!” And then a follow up a bit later “oh this is the listing I SHOULD have sent you”

This was our second stay here and we loved all the upgrades! The upgraded outdoor fire, and games were a hit! Hot tub was amazing and beds comfy cozy. Property was very clean and inviting! We can’t wait for our next stay.

Our stay was more than relaxing and just what we needed. The property had more than what we needed and was super clean. The host was more than helpful and responded within minutes with helpful tips and suggestions on where to go and what to do in the area. I highly recommend staying here if you need a relaxing getaway that’s remote enough for that peace and quiet but has everything you need just a short drive away. Just want to give one last thank you to our host for all of the above and we will definitely be back.

The property was private and very pretty. Lots of outdoor entertainment. Everything was clean. Bed was very comfortable. Good kitchen supplies. As seniors, we struggled at night with the steps to the bathroom and bedroom. Overall, it was a very nice property and we enjoyed our stay.

It was a pure pleasure staying here , there are houses all around but you wouldn't even know it . There was total privacy, but did go to play horseshoes could only find 3 of them .

This was a great property with everything you need. Truly a quiet, peaceful, and restful place. We loved sitting on the porch to read, play games, or even nap. Close to a few great restaurants and even a community sports field where there is a mile long walking/jogging trail.

This cabin was cute and in a peaceful location. It was the perfect overnight stop for my husband and I and our two dogs. I wish we could have stayed longer, but hopefully, we will be back soon.

Unfortunately the grass was not cut so we didn’t play corn hole, outdoor grill didnot appear to be clean and none of the baking pans underneath the stove fit in the oven. Otherwise it was a very quiet and secluded location and overall clean. The hot tub was a great feature. Would consider staying again

Very functional use of space. Everything you need and nothing you don’t. Very charming little place. The loft is tiny - can’t stand up in it. Adults would probably find it inadequate. Kids (old enough to safely use narrow spiral stairway) would most likely love it!Nice quiet area with no noise other than the sounds of nature. Porch with hot tub and grill which we didn’t use since it was cool and rainy all weekend, but that didn’t stop us from hiking in nearby Hickory Run and Lehigh Gorge State Parks. A couple of decent restaurants are within a few miles.

Enjoyed our stay! So cozy and had everything we needed. Great outdoor space! We will be back!

I’m coming back! Easy stay, had all the basic things for the kitchen (I cooked). Just an outstanding view of snow covered pines from the hot tub. Hot tub was freshly cleaned, hot and ready to go! I was in heaven. Clean as a whistle. The bed was a bit firm for me but I have a bad back so probably me. Easy to find with good roads.

This home is less than a half hour to blue mountain resort, which is where my husband and I went snow tubing with Santa ! It’s a great location with handy amenities including a hot tub to wind down after sitting by the fire pit and playing checkers! This home has beautiful decor and comfy beds including a pull out sofa if needed! I highly recommend this to any couple or family looking for a quality cabin rental in the poconos with a great location.

Way better than expected. Just far enough off the beaten path, but close enough to all the surrounding attractions. Very private also.

Great place to stay. Description as is! 15 min from Jim Thorpe area with lots to do but also a few great restaurants near when wanting to avoid crowds! Wish we had more time to enjoy outdoor area at house. Hot tub great!

It was the perfect size for just the two of us! Not far from town. The hot tub was an added bonus! Inside was clean, but smelled a little like smoke. The grass was high except around the horseshoe pits. There was broken glass all around the one pit.

Quiet property, clean with plenty of dishes and pans for cooking. There is a coffeemaker but you might want to bring your own coffee. Washer and dryer available. The hot tub was nice and if you bring kids, they can play horseshoes or the big chess game in the yard. Enjoyed this property immensely!

My husband and I stayed on property for our 20th wedding anniversary. Such a cute home. Loved everything about it.

Super cute and clean property! This is a perfect rental for a small group getaway.

The property was set up nicely for entertaining or just relaxing in the hot tub on the bug free, screened in porch, with a fire going nearby in the gas firepit for ambiance. The property was pretty neat with a giant chess set, and other games to occupy your time if you have it. It was very close to Jim Thorpe and other local attractions. We were only there one night but had a small issue with the hot tub upon arrival. No surprise since it was booked solid around our stay. Surprisingly, the repair guy showed up within 10 minutes after sending a message to Brittany. That was much appreciated and very impressive. He was professional and kind, as was Brittany. Overall it was a great stay, we only wished we had it for longer. We would recommend it to anyone and we would return again!

We will be booking again! The space was excellent - clean, well maintained, and plenty of amenities. The cabin is surrounded by greenery so you don’t realize you’re not in the middle of the woods. The property has lawn games, a gas fire pit, and the porch is fully screened in. The hot tub was clean and easy to use. Overall an excellent place to stay.
