This custom log home was built with care and attention to detail from the bathroom’s multi-colored slate shower and floors to the kitchen’s unique cabinets and counter tops, spa-style wet room in the 2nd bath, shiplap walls and tasteful decor. Features include on demand hot water, in-floor heat, cathedral ceilings, and 180 degree views right from the kitchen. The open floor plan and spacious deck allow for optimum entertaining and the Jodul wood stove will make it feel cozy even on the coldest nights. This luxury cabin nestled on the Clark Fork River is just 20 minutes from the Missoula International Airport. The property spans over 60 acres of pine and fir forest, borders public lands on 2 sides and is centrally located to all the outdoor pursuits Montana has to offer within a short drive to the heart of downtown Missoula. Excellent fishing access to the Clark Fork River. Petty Creek, Fish Creek and Nine Mile Creek are minutes from your doorstep or use the boat launch at the end of the road (2 mi) for easy access to various stretches of the Clark Fork River. Within 5 minutes of the House: World Class Fishing and guides, Lewis and Clark Scenic Byway, whitewater rafting in the Alberton Gorge, Hiawatha Trail, mountain biking, hiking, trail running, rock climbing and bird, elk, deer, mountain lion, bear and big horn sheep hunting during season. Within 30 minutes of the House: multiple National Forest trail heads, Snowbowl Ski Area, Lolo Pass Recreation Area, The Lochsa River, The Bitterroot River, The Blackfoot River, Lolo Hot Springs and much more.
