Stayed Aug 8, 2025Old school cabin right on Lake Huron. Quiet, lovely views and wonderful breezes. Great location close to Tawas downtown and Tawas State Park. Reduced my stars because it could use a good deep clean - I have allergies and the moldy, musty smells made me miserable. Also stains on some of the bedding.

Stayed Jul 31, 2025Our first impression was that it was unkempt. Overall we were disappointed in the lack of care that has been given to this very cute rental. The entry screened in porch needed to be swept and cleaned. The inside was cleaner but very musty smelling. The window fans needed to be cleaned or replaced and all the windows and screens needed cleaning.On the positive side this is a cute cottage and has a lot of potential. We spent most of our time on the back sunporch facing Lake Huron enjoying meals or playing games.
