Incredible 4 Bedroom Mountain Home w/ Huge Game Room

The house no doubt is beautiful. Location and floor plan worked well, but the up keep of the house was very poor. We paid a good price and expected it to have all we needed, we also paid out of pocket for many things. Here are some of the issues…1. Ceiling fan in main living room did not operate at all. Told after contacting manager that it just didn’t work.2. Trash was never collected and we had garbage piling up. 3. Outlets in the downstairs bathroom never worked and couldn’t use the blow dryer or curling iron, or the electric razor4. Air conditioner wasn’t cooling first couple nights, we noticed the filters have not been changed and we purchased new filters. The air began to cool. We also received advice from Ashley on how to help the a/c to work but nobody came by to check it. 5. The pots and pans in the kitchen are rusted and didn’t feel comfortable cooking in them. We purchased a skillet to cook the rest of the times. 6. There is no hood or fan in the kitchen so the kitchen and living room would quickly fill with smoke if we did not have the windows and doors open.7. The washer only works on delicate. 8. The light switches did not make sense and not easy to tell what light was connected to. i.e. switches in living room turning on lights in kitchen.9. Drive way unpaved and steep. Vehicles got stuck. Had to park higher up.10. Railing on upper deck very flimsy and safety concern for the little ones.11. First bedroom downstairs had wet carpet and seemed to have

Great home . My family had good time. I would suggest little bit more glasses wear, bigger cook pot, pans and more silverware. Just because home can have up to 15 people. Other was i would definitely recommend this place to family and friends.

We came with friends and had a wonderful stay! The kids had a ton of fun in the game room and running around outside. The adults enjoyed relaxing on the deck and the spacious upstairs.

Beautiful, comfortable accommodations. The host was excellent and responsive to any questions. Everything was provided to make it stay great.

The home itself was nice. Would say needs some maintenance to it though. Some things were broke or not working that was a little bit of an inconvenience but over all was a good stay here. Our family enjoyed our time here for a little family get away.

Nice large home with lots of room for everyone. Great location. Need to be warned about very steep driveway.
