Hot Tub & Game Room: Secluded Franklin Getaway

The views are amazing! Extra touches like linens provided, coffee provided, basket of snacks on the counter, firewood ready for a fire- are all wonderful!

This is a lovely, clean, spacious cabin with a nice view of the mountains. The master bed is comfortable and the master shower is amazing. We loved the large TVs as well.

Easily accessible location, very well appointed, cozy home. Comfortable beds, large kitchen. Some vrbo hosts are not very considerate regarding guests needs for a several day stay, for example leaving 2 laundry pods when you are going to need several, etc. This home was generously appointed with things you need. The view is incredible , enjoyed on a large deck. Even snacks and coffee available when you're hungry after travels! Some homes offer zero little extras, I really love the small touches. Large and comfortable. Clean. A rating. This is our second stay at this home. We love the comfort of the home as well as the location. Some homes in the Franklin area are on the side of cliffs, and not easily accessible with large vehicles. Again, A.

Very nice home away from home. We stayed for a week (7/12-7/19) and had a great time. There's plenty of day trips from the home and lots of wonderful hiking. We had a few rainy days and made great use of the game area downstairs. The beds were very comfortable and there's plenty of room for 5 adults. The kitchen was well stocked and it was easy making meals when we wanted to. If we are back to the Franklin area we'll definitely try to book this he again.

Great getaway with all amenities even some you didn't think of.

We had a great time in this beautiful cabin with amazing views . Downstairs game room was a big hit with the kids. I don’t think we turned the TV on one time. Had a few small issues that were remedied immediately by the host. Would definitely book this one again!

This place was beyond our expectations. The hot tub was awesome, the kids loved all the games, and the view is spectacular! The house is also convenient to grocery stores. The beds were comfy and the the place was very quiet and clean. Great family weekend.

Really nice cabin. Very spacious with plenty to do. The view is awesome. The bedrooms and shower area is awesome. Im definitely coming back again.

Our stay here was fantastic, the cabin was beautiful and was filled with lots of little touches that enhanced the experience.When we had a problem, the AC leaking upon arrival, we contacted Rachel and she had it taken care of quickly without any disruption to our stay.My only minor complaint was the lack of an outdoor area with a fire pit. The cabin has the space for it, but there’s no easy way to get down there.Aside from that we had a great day and my family would love to come back.

Our group stayed here for the second time. It’s a great house for a large group of people. The Mountain View’s are wonderful and the hot tub was a welcome addition after spending our days at the gem show. Would definitely stay here again.

Great cabin! Would stay here again! Beds were comfortable. Views are amazing. Location is perfect! Secluded and quiet yet not too far from all the things you may need or want to do. Luckily not everyone in our group was able to make it. The beds in the game room area seem like they would be awkward if you have a larger crowd. Can’t imagine trying to sleep there if people were using the space at the same time. Thankfully we only needed the 3 bedrooms.
