Honeycrisp Cottage at Lake Lure NC. We have recovered from Hurricane Helene!

One of our best experiences with VRBO. The cottage was exactly as advertised and had everything we needed. We spent a nice weekend hanging out as a family and enjoyed the board games. Host was very kind and responsive. Would love to stay again.

The cabin was so cozy! It was absolutely perfect.

The most well equipped rental we have ever stayed in. Literally you only have to bring your clothes and groceries. Everything else you need is there. Wonderful place, quiet location and lots of twists and turns through the mountains.

The cottage was wonderful. Comfy beds, great kitchen and living area. Fire pit and you could take walks up and down the driveway. Rumbling bald amenities were excellent. Buffalo creek is shut down but there is others in area.

Check in was easy. The location was great. This was the best equipped rental we have ever had for a vacation. The owners provided everything for an awesome vacation!!!!

Our family had the most relaxing and wonderful stay in this quaint 3 bedroom cabin nested on the mountainside. Beautiful views from the wrap around porch and close to the recreation areas. The guest passes for the indoor pool and spa were wonderful.The cabin itself was well stocked with every cooking item we could need. Clean, cozy and perfect for out getaway!

Honeycrisp is a great place to stay. Everything you could possibly want or need in the kitchen. Bedding is so comfortable. Furniture is very nice. Plenty of hot water. WiFi was great. I would recommend this property. Just know there are quite a few curves getting there. There’s enough room for two vehicles. For us, it was a little tight (we had 2 vehicles) but that’s only because we drove our F250, otherwise it would be no problem. Great place! Enjoy!

The house was pretty much clean throughout. Except we did see a good bit of long dog hair on some of the furniture and in the bedrooms.

The house was great, place was very clean and plenty of essentials throughout the house. Very much appreciated the gas grill. Had a great time, also thanks for the beautiful weather, picture perfect.

Charming cottage. Well equipped. Kids loved the little bears left on their beds. We liked the wine! Passes to Rumbling Bald-bonus!

Nice quiet area to stay in. Short drive to the resort and other areas around to explore. Would highly recommend!

The cabin was great. Rumbling Bald is a great resort with many amenities. We weren’t able to enjoy them quite as much as we would have liked because of the rain, but the cabin has a great Roku TV with fast internet to pass the time during the rain. The host was easy to communicate with.

This 3 BR 2 BA cottage is centrally located in the Lake Lure community and is in a resort with amenities including beach, indoor & outdoor pools, 2 golf courses, and a wellness center & spa. The house itself is nicely laid out and has a wraparound porch. It accommodated our family of 5 perfectly and the host was very responsive. Would highly recommend it.

This home was so cute and just perfect for our stay with our pets. Everything we needed was stocked in the house. We would definitely stay here again.

This house was great for our family. All bedrooms being on the same level was a plus. Access to all of the Rumbling Bald amenities added to our overall experience. Passes and wrist bands for the 4th of July events we’re waiting on us in the house. Check in was simple and easy. House is close to a hiking trailhead which was nice for our dog. Would definitely stay here again.

The cabin was extraordinary. However, I was under the impression that ALL the amenities were within walking distance I envisioned several cabins in a resort and the pool , hot tub, mini golf. Etc we're all right there together
