Please note: 4x4 vehicles are a must for winter reservations. The cabin is situated at an elevation of 11,000 ft, and this should be taken into account before booking. Water conservation is also crucial during the winter season. The road to the cabin is bumpy, a true mountain experience.

Things to note:
☀️ Summertime - It is important to note that Mountain homes and Condos in Colorado do not have Central Air Conditioning.
The good news is, the nights are always cool (average between 45-55 degrees), and therefore our Mountain homes can be kept cool by opening windows, running ceiling fans and our provided stand alone fans in each bedroom, and by welcoming the fresh Mountain air in :)
