HIGH Above The City on Pikes Peak Mountain.

Pleasant stay! We were six members ( 2 toddlers, parents, and grandparents) there was ample space for all. Sitting outside for some BBQ during the sunset was refreshing for the soul, we all loved watching the forest lights at night, and my husband was happy to play the piano after the long walks :). Everything was very clean and they had lots of things to keep the kids entertained, they did not miss home, and that for us was a plus; therefore, if we visit Colorado Springs in the future and there is availability, this place will be our first option.

Great location with spectacular views! Mike and Bernice were very friendly and made you feel welcome. Unit was very clean, comfortable beds. Very well furnished. Highly recommend and plan to go back .

This was the perfect place for a quick family vacation. With North Pole, Cave of the Winds, Garden of the Gods, and Manitou Springs near by was ideal for our family to enjoy the area.

Mike and Berniece are wonderful hosts. Gave us recommendations for trails to hike and restaurants in the area. The house was very convenient to the places we planned to go. The place was very well stocked especially the kitchen. We will definitely stay here again if we return to the area.

My sons are older and really enjoyed this house, Mike was wonderful at giving ideas for us to do around town. He even called to check on us when we were out and a bad storm was moving in! We had a wonderful stay!

Very close to many activities, such as Pikes Peak Cod Railway, Garden of the Gods, and North Pole Santa’s Workshop. Lots of clean and comfortable space for our family of 4 and Mike and Bernice were very kind hosts.

It's was a beautiful location for sure and is by all means an amazing experience. Just only thing that was not mentioned was the property owner lives right above the rental. Was not a bad experience at all but privacy was a factor we did intend to have. By all means though I would recommend and go again myself in the future was an amazing host and very kind and professional. Rating myself 9.5/10

We enjoyed our time from the start of our stay to the completion. Mike and his wife were very informative and helpful with understanding the property. The hot tub was an added bonus and we used it every evening! The location of the cabin was ideal for all local atteractions. Everything we had planed in colorado was withon 20 minutes. The linen was fresh and there was plenty of extras. We absolutely loved the washer and dryer. When traveling with littles it helped alot! The owners were so kind and their puppies are so cuddly! Thanks for a great vacation property, we would definitely return to this property if/when we vacation in colorado again!

The property is just perfectly situated out of the city, near attractions and in the wilderness. Just perfect. The owners are friendly and helpful. I recommend to anyone visiting the area and does not want to be in the city.
