Mountain View was great. Trails close by to ride was the main reason we booked this location. It did not dis appoint.

The house and the property were great, and the location was great. The only problem we experienced was that it was ladybug season, and they invaded the kitchen window and other windows. Really, can't hold that against the property owner. But we enjoyed our stay and will use this home if available in future visits to the area.

We have stayed at many VRBOs across the country and this property is at the top of our list of favorites. The house was exceptionally clean and well equipped. The outdoor space offered amazing views and the firepit was an ideal spot for watching the sun set behind the mountains in the evenings. The fenced yard was perfect for our dog to roam and enjoy her stay as well. We are already planning our next trip to the area and staying at this house will definitely be a highlight of that vacation.

If you are looking to get as far away from society as possible, this is about it. Which is exactly what our group was looking for as our vacation was focused on spending as much time on the trails as possible. Direct access to the National Forest to explore with our SxS’s was a huge priority, and this location did not disappoint. The cabin is nice, however, probably not set up best for two or more adult couples. Personally I feel it was a little overpriced to comparable properties. Especially for a studio style layout. But it is a nice location if that’s what you are looking for, and we thuroughly enjoyed our time. Hector’s communication was great. Very responsive and helpful. For our stay, it rained the entire time. And the access road across the cow pasture is not maintained. Perfectly fine when dry but when wet, very slippery. Hector was understanding and worked with us as we dealt with the heavy rainfall, and the wet and muddy conditions that slowed us down being able to depart from our stay. Overall a great experience and I hope we can make it back again one day.

The house and property were exactly as advertised. Remote and very clean and peaceful. If you are looking for a good location to UTV trails the property is in a great location to easily access a lot of different trails. Will definitely be back.
