Hemlock Creek Hollow -700 Ft Cascading Creek, 2 Master Suites, close to BRP

Two master bedrooms were nice for two couples. Access to the Blue Ridge Parkway was really nice since we spent most of our time on the parkway. Would definitely stay there again.

What an amazing place this is!!! If you are looking for a beautiful, secluded getaway, this place is perfect! The cabin is absolutely gorgeous, warm, and very welcoming. There was a welcome basket of goodies waiting for us. It was very clean and well maintained. I really cannot say enough words of praise. So beautiful! Not only was it a wonderful place to stay, but the owners are great people! The day we checked out, I received a phone call from one of the owners. We had inadvertently left my husband’s insulin in the refrigerator. They were nice enough to bring the insulin to us in town ( a 20 minute drive from the cabin), and had packed it in ice! Truly, a wonderful experience. I can’t wait to stay there again!

We had an amazing trip at Hemlock Creek Hollow. Our excitement grew as we drove through the winding mountains before we pulled up to the cabin. We couldn’t believe the beauty of the mountain and creek. The house had everything we needed kitchen wise. We cooked out over the fire pit for most of our meals as there was a grill for the fire pit. We walked the creek and mountains and that was super neat. The creek though couldn’t be beat. It was truly inspiring. I would definetely return to the cabin.

The creek & outside areas were great. The deck is spacious and the grill area was nice and has plenty of utensils. The living area was a bit small for all 7 of us to watch the football game together. Overall, it is a very nice cabin with lots of unique features.

We were very please with the house! Clean and cozy! Perfect for a mountain get a way trip! Wasn't far from our favorite places. Would love to come again in the future!

Loved it!

There are not enough words to describe the beauty and well kept up of the property as well as the cabin. The pictures do not do it justice. The rushing creek wrapped all the way around the house. From the master balcony upstairs, you can open the door, but close the screen door and just lay there and hear the creek. The house is so beautifully landscaped, all of the trails were cleared, there weren’t even any weeds in the pathways! The flowers were also so beautiful. I was very impressed with the cleanliness of the home. I was even more impressed with the accommodations. When they say in the listing that they have towels, spices, basically anything that you will need on your vacation, of course, the dishwasher one time used pod, but that was perfectly fine. The owner was so accommodating. There was a moment during a storm where the power had gone out, I had text him, and he contacted back within moments, as the generator had already turned on! Which is very impressive. The house was clean, very, very comfortable. Perfect for a family. You don’t have to leave the property to have a great day!! Rock hopping up and down the creek was so much fun. Sitting by the fire each night was the best. There is Plenty of seating from the fire pit, to the porch. I’m in Love with this Cabin!!!!! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!! So much to do close by. We will be back!!!

My family really enjoyed the stay. This house is great for both relaxing and having fun. I brought two dogs and they enjoyed as well : ) Everything was well stocked, beds were very comfortable and the view and sounds of rushing creek right in front of the house was amazing. The host provided us so much information about how to get to the house and things to do and eat around the house as well. We would come back!

The house is very comfortable and has everything you need. The furniture and beds were comfortable especially the recliner in the reading nook in the master bedroom. I took full advantage of it. The kitchen is extremely well stocked. Most rentals don't have any way to store leftovers so I really appreciated some containers. The gas stove was a definite plus. I also appreciated that the grill was direct connected to gas. The place was extremely clean. The covered parking relieved any worry since we had a few storms during my stay. The road to the place was not my favorite. And whilst I saw continuing work being done on the road, with definite improvements being made in those areas, the condition of the road overall means it's a very slow 2 miles to and from the cabin. However, my main reason for choosing the location was its proximity to the Parkway, and it is extremely convenient from that perspective. The Internet service worked well and reliably even with some heavy rains.

We spent a great weekend bringing our family from NC and TN together. We loved spending time outside at this property. Everything was thoughtfully planned. We would enjoy returning.

This was our favorite VRBO stay yet! The host Matt was so responsive and made the entire rental process from questions, to directions, to check in and our stay easy and comfortable. The cabin is beautiful! Not only was it clean and well decorated, it was stocked with everything you could ever need to cook and BBQ. The beds were super comfortable and the showers had plenty of hot water for our cold weather stay. But our favorite part was the outdoors. Nestled way back in the mountains, it gave our family plenty of privacy and lots of room to explore. Our 3 boys loved spending time down by the creek and hiking in the woods with our dog. Matt gave us a list of terrific waterfall hikes to try and other activities in the area that were perfect for our family. We went snow tubing, skiing, hiking, enjoyed the local restaurants in Maggie Valley, relaxed by the wood burning stove with movies, and had the best quality time as a family. We were also grateful for the use of the Washer/Dryer since our boys get dirty exploring! We cannot wait to come back in summer or fall to see the mountains again and explore some new places. But this property was exactly what was marketed and more! I highly recommend!!!

The property and hosts are absolutely amazing! Exploring the stream and its little waterfalls was our favorite part. The cabin was very comfortable and clean with everything you could need.

Overall our stay was great (5 stars). The house/property was exactly as seen/described on the vrbo listing site and was exactly what our family hoped for/needed. For the novice the road back to the house could initially be a little unnerving, for us it just added to the adventure and experience.

This cabin was wonderful and we had a fantastic time. It is just a little challenging to get to, but other than that, it is one you will not want to leave. Beautiful setting, beautiful, clean cabin that is very well appointed, it is an absolutely perfect place for anyone who just wants to settle in for a few days of peace and serenity and to enjoy the beauty of the natural surroundings.

Our stay was perfect from beginning to end. We ended up with some car troubles on the way and got in much later than expected after dark. Matt met us at the beginning of the road to the cabin to personally escort us there. Talk about VIP service😊 The cabin is in such a peaceful area in the middle of nature. Everything about the cabin was so well thought out for comfort and convenience. when we ordered from Amazon and the packages made it to the wrong spot, Scott personally delivered them to us. I can’t say enough good things about the house, the location, and MVP hosts. We made some great family memories there and I would highly recommend to anyone. It’s a beautiful area with lots to see and do. We didn’t want to leave.!

This property was fantastic as a base for exploring the mountains of North Carolina. Proximity to the national park and the Blue Ridge Parkway was great. The creek running along the backside of the cabin was a great place to explore and was really nice to just listen to. The WiFi worked well despite the cabin being relatively remote. Directions to the property were accurate, and we had no difficulty finding it. My family and I loved our time spent at this property!

This was the perfect place to get away together and unwind!
