Haven in the Hills! Spectacular Views, River Access, & 5-Star Amenities!

We absolutely loved our stay at this beautiful relaxing cabin! Communication with the owner was wonderful from the start. The well paved roads were a bit steep in some spots but still an easy drive in a standard SUV. We loved the cabin at first site. A large porch with rocking chairs for morning coffee with an amazing view of the mountains. We and our husky loved the one floor living space. Well appointed kitchen with everything you need, they thought of everything. The bedrooms were very comfortable and the living room is so cozy with the fireplace and views for miles. We have stayed in many cabins over the last 15 years and this cabin is definitely in the top 3.

The pictures do this property no justice. It is absolutely gorgeous! The views the cabin and the area. This was the best cabin I have ever rented and I have rented many. It was beyond fully stocked. I was very impressed by how well stocked this cabin was. It was beautifully decorated every little detail was absolutely gorgeous. The hosts were amazing. You have everything you need. Very spacious. Plenty of seating room inside and outside. Very comfortable beds. Very clean. I can't say enough good things about this cabin I will be back again!

It was a good stay with friends

We were unhappy that we did not have Direct TV as advertised for our four-night stay. The Overseer knew there was no service a week before our arrival and did not let us know. He did not set up a repair appt during our stay. I am assuming the subsequent guest will experience the same. The password for the Wifi was not located as the directions stated on the frig. There was no pass as stated on frig for taking trash to a depot. Another renter had stated this in a previous review that I read while there. We ended up bringing our trash home (7 hrs). There had been (or currently) a roof leak in the roof above MBR bath. We did not have rain. It was evident there was leak damage based on ceiling. The house was surface clean but was in need of a deeper clean. The toaster was so dust-ridden we did not use. The rocker seat along rungs and wooden area had not been cleaned for a good while and the chair cushion also had debris. We did not use it. The headboards were dusty. The furniture was comfortable, and the house was fully appointed with all supplies needed. The layout of the house was nice. We did not find a vacuum to address some of the needs such as the rocking chair. The driveway and parking will not comfortably accommodate a 2nd car. It is a longer steep drive. We found we had to back down it or do a lot of three quarter turning to get one car out. It was tricky for a renter.

The cabin was very nice and clean. Only problem we had was garbage disposal. The directions for the convience center wasnt available. Otherwise l, we would rent again.

Great communication, check in process, location, amenities, kitchen utensils, cleanliness, space, grill, bathrooms, bedrooms, furniture, outside area, etc. Everything is 10/10 and this will be my first choice if I'm back in the area! Deer all over the property/area at different times of the day. Peaceful, cozy, safe, fun! Everything you could want from hiking, grocery, food, casino - is within or about 15 min away.

My husband and I, along with our little Maltese Buddy thoroughly enjoyed our week-long stay. The cabin is so beautiful and had every amenity we could imagine. The bed was so comfy and the fireplace so warm We enjoyed having coffee on the porch, watching the deer each morning and evening. The host was so nice to call and check in. Would definitely recommend!

It was a perfect getaway to relax and enjoy nature. Wildlife all around the cabin! The cabin was cozy and clean with all the amenities needed to have a great stay! The owner Judy is a jewel of a person. So kind and caring. Highly recommended the cabin to all hands!

This place was just perfect! Everything you could possibly want! Was well stocked, clean great internet connection/TV reception! Wildlife in the yard, a great view from the porch, beautiful sunset! Also communication with the host was exceptional!

It was the best rental we have ever stayed at! The location was great! The home was very comfortable! We slept so well! It was a clean & spacious cabin with beautiful landscaping and a gorgeous view! We loved the river and so did our dog! Judy was so sweet and was there for us if we had any questions for her. We loved the paved roads all the way to the door! It is not steep on the roads, you just have to drive slowly through the development. There were deer around every corner. We will stay there again!

It’s a lovely cabin with a fabulous porch that you won’t want to leave. The cabin was clean and well-stocked and very comfortable. We visited the area to attend classes at the John C. Campbell Folk School and it was less than ten minutes away!

We have been staying at VRBO's for over 10 years. This cabin and owner is by far the best location and owner we have ever had. Judy could not have been more helpful. She is outstanding! The cabin is fully furnished and is absolutely beautiful. My wife and I have already reserved time for next year. We were very blessed to be able to stay in Judy's cabin.

This was our NINTH stay in this neighborhood and first stay in this cabin and it was wonderful. We can't wait to book again. The cabin is roomy, clean and fully stocked. We loved being on a dead end with no neighbors on one side of us. The mountain view was AMAZING. My husband and I sat each evening on the porch watching the sun set and deer that visited the front yard. We actually tried to book for next year, same time and it's already booked but we'll definitely book again. 10 out of 10.

Our weekly stay started out with rain the first full day. Afterwards, everyday was sunny and beautiful. Made for a great week of mountain riding. The cabin was beautiful and pretty close to the grocery store and various restaurants. Judy the owner, is about as pleasant of a person as you can find.

We love this cabin , saw alot of wild life. It was so relaxing just sitting on the porch. We cooked out on the grill a few nights.We tried our luck at the casino , we had alot of fun. We will be back again. Thanks again Judy You are a great host.
