Stayed Sep 2, 2023Property was secluded as we liked it. The amenities at the cabin were nice. We literally would come back late, sleep and then be back on the road again. Lots of deer each morning.

Stayed Jan 7, 2023We've stayed here before a few times. We like it because it is a log cabin. It's an attached cabin, not a stand alone, but it feels like it is a stand alone as it faces a different direction from the other front door. They are beautiful log cabins with log furniture. They are cozy feeling and we love to look out the windows at the snow. They are also right on a xcountry ski trail and it is REALLY nice not to have to pack up to head out every time. The drawback to the lovely setting is that the cabin is an almost 20 minute drive from town (Winthrop) but there is a full kitchen and you can go for quiet night time walks. They could use some more flatware, especially forks. The person who sends you the instructions for check-in is fabulous, easy to reach, quick to respond and friendly.
