Amazing place, clean, quite, close to attractions

Cabin was beautiful and spacious. We enjoyed our time here and the kids loved the game room. Great location!

Only complaints (minor!) were the shower curtain was too short so water ran onto the floor, and the trim over the blinds (on the door going out to the hot tub) had Velcro that did not keep the trim secure. Otherwise, a really good experience!

Loved this cabin had a great stay host was easy to contact

The location on this cabin is amazing! We loved our stay here especially the hot tub. Check-in was easy and communication quick. The back deck with the swing was a great, relaxing space! The only thing we didn’t realize was the bunk bed space was an open area to the whole cabin with no door. It made things a little complicated with noise in the kitchen and tons of light in that room in the morning with the back windows. The place was great though! Definitely recommend!

Our only letdown was the amount of money we wasted on food due to the ant infestation and having to take care of that problem on vacation. While the exterminator did eliminate some ants, we continued to have the same problem. We lost money on additional food we had bought to replace the food in the pantry. When we left, there were still a considerable amount of ants around the counter near the sink and in the dishwasher. The beds are comfy, the location is wonderful, and we love the tickets!

Clean house. No views other than trees. Nice location and very convenient to the strip. Very simple cabin with a very tight master bedroom but descent size bathroom. Bring supplies if you are staying more than a few days. Easy parking but tight turn into the location. I have been a vrbo customer for a long time, this was the first time the rules were magnets on a fridge.

The hot tub was so relaxing. The entire experience was like a home away from home! We loved the personalized touch to the cabin. The rooms were cleaned and ready for our stay. We would absolutely go back. It was perfect space for our family of 4 but had additional sleeping spaces if needed. Our girls loved the game table!

The wife and I have stayed here twice . The cabin is very nice just as described , the bed sleeps awesome and porch is very nice . There were a few cobwebs over the tv and we had to wear socks or our flip flops, if not the bottom of our feet were got black . TV was frustrating, could not watch many regular channels or ball games on Saturday, could have been me not knowing? With that being said we would definitely stay here again as these were not huge issues , just mentioning them for improvements. Didn’t get to see any bears on this trip around the cabin. Love the area , just minutes from all attractions and Gatlinburg.

We don’t have dogs, but still appreciated the convenience items left for those who do. We enjoyed the hot tub at night, the heater and jets were perfect and the lights made it very relaxing. We were able to see Dollywood’s fireworks from the back deck! The kids loved the arcade machine and mom and kids had a great time playing pool together. We were recommended this cabin by a friend, and it did not disappoint. My only misgivings were that the grills were not in great shape and rusted, and the frying pans could stand to be replaced. The pool table could use a little TLC as well. The beds were very comfortable, and the downstairs shower had great water pressure! The free tickets were a nice touch, although we ended up not using them. We are season pass holders for Dollywood, and enjoyed a day at Splash Country. We had a great time at The Island, went to putt-putt, and were very pleased at the convenience in location, it was very easy to get to and from the cabin. Mel’s Diner was great! We had a blast at Downtown Flavortown, the arcade there was very fun, our 9 year old actually won a LEGO set from a claw machine! Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay, and will definitely book this property again if we decide on another Pigeon Forge getaway!

This was our 2nd stay with our son and dogs at this cabin. It was just as we remembered, and very well kept up. The location is as good as it gets for exploring the Parkway and heading through Townsend to access Cade’s Cove.. It’s our favorite cabin that we’ve rented.

We liked the house, it’s in a great location and close to everything in Pigeon Forge. The bed was comfy and the hot tub was great. A few things:- the communication from the property was too frequent; not a deal breaker, but it felt like we got several emails and a text each day leading up to the trip, and while being on the trip; - the door code is difficult to remember (ten digits), making it obnoxious to come and go as the door locks behind you automatically;- extra fees and charges are threatened repeatedly; and- the upstairs floor was sticky (with a toothbrush on the floor) and we had to rewash many of the plates and bowls we used.

Upon entering the cabin we were struck with an overpowering smell that was strong and smelt like a mix of pinesol & dog urine. The cabin overall seemed clean until I accidentally kicked my dogs water bowl and water spilled out.i started to wipe up the water with paper towels and the.floors were so dirty that the paper towel was black! The entire cabin floors were dirty. I had white socks on and my husband said, Look how dirty the bottom of your socks are! The mattress topper was very uncomfortable for my husband & I. We didn't seem to get good sleep during our stay. The morning of our departure we smelled a strong smell of what might be a dead mouse or rodent and we noticed a mouse box behind the refrigerator.I had brought candles with me and that's how we dealt with it. I don't think we would stay at that cabin again, but it wasn't awful, but definitely stayed in cleaner cabins.

We chose this canin as we knew there would be neighbors but not crazy noisy. Harley was so happy made herself right at home and going in and out was so much easier. It was her first cabin and she is almost 14. We felt very comfortable and settled right in. Cabin was equipped with what we needed... love that it was pup ready! It was clean and felt very much like a home.
