Stayed Aug 12, 2024The property was great however the initial check-in process was a hassle. Our names were not added in their database, which from my understanding from the guard at the front gate, is the responsibility of the property management company. If we had gotten there after hours, I'm not sure how we could have gotten this resolved unless the property management company has someone on call 24/7. Nonetheless, the guard was very helpful and we eventually were able to get in.
