Beautiful comfortable home that is big enough to accommodate a big group.
The pictures do not do this place justice!! Honestly, I was concerned about adults in triple bunks. The bunks were SO comfortable!! High quality bedding and linens. Well stocked kitchen. Could use some additional dishtowels and potholders, however plenty of lovely dishes! Great fridge space and ice maker. Truly was so blessed to find this place!!
Beautiful property! Beautiful views! Everything was lovely! Well supplied and thoughtful amenities that were high quality and abundant! We enjoyed making memories in this beautiful lodge. Thank you for sharing it with us!
This is our second stay for our annual women’s retreat. We live the accommodations and the cabin is very well supplied for all our needs. We had a few glitches but management was quick to respond, quick to send someone out and definitely worked to resolve issues asap. We couldn’t have asked for more!
We brought a large church youth group to stay at the Grand Mountain Retreat and it definitely exceeded our expectations!! Fran was especially helpful and so sweet! The house was so spacious, very clean and in tip-top shape when we arrived! The rustic decor style was lovely as well! We cooked several meals in-house and the kitchen had absolutely everything we needed! Can’t say enough good about this property and will definitely plan to book again in the future!
Great house, great location, great commodities, and a place we hope to go back to!
Due to fires in other parts of New Mexico we had to change location for our retreat at the last minute - this was an amazing find. Plenty of room, great accommodations, kitchen well supplied. We loved our stay and will be back. Listing does read that there is a/c but there is not - got a little hot but cooled off in evenings so not bad.
We rented this at first because it was the last large place available in this town at the time we booked, but it actually worked out better than we could have ever imagined. Just my immediate family holds 17 family members and while my siblings, myself and our parents have all been skiing many times in the past none of our children have so this is what initially brought us to the area. Our main concern was for my older brother as he is wheelchair bound, but upon getting there we realized there was in fact a ground level entry for the main level which was absolutely perfect. Then of course there was another ground level entry for the basement area which allowed us to have many fun family game nights downstairs. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed to prepare dinners/ breakfast and even had two dishwashers which worked out amazing for this giant family (but now has my dad cursing because my mom now has decided she needs two at home as well haha). Morning/ evening view from any of the upstairs bedrooms/ kitchen were stunning. Close to town and close to skiing/ sledding. We had a great time and were very happy with our stay. - The Wickliffe Crew- Midlothian, Port Lavaca, & Tyler, Tx *The note about needing four-wheel drive in the winter months is no joke! My sister was able to manage once we got snow chains on but putting chains on in the snow is not easy nor fun!*
This is an unbelievable home! I will be back! Property manager is amazing as well!
A beautiful place to enjoy a peaceful vacation with no city noice.
