Stayed Jun 11, 2026The house was super clean and the views were amazing. The pictures really do not do the inside of the house justice – it was much more comfortable and inviting than I was even expecting. If you are coming a different geography, just realize that this area is very steep hills so although the house is on a lot of land that does not mean a yard to play in.

Stayed Jun 2, 2026Views were undeniably great. Location good.Beautiful log cabin with upgraded finishes. Mattresses of poor quality, thin, and extremely hard like sleeping on floor.Cheap, flat pillows. Overall bad sleep.Horrible chemical stench originating from inside laundry cabinet with door closed. Husband sprayed Lysol every day; stench still lingered. Most likely a health hazard. Understand furnishing and cleaning and maintaining an STR is expensive and time-consuming; however, it helps to spend some more money on mattresses and bedding for a comfortable guest experience, along with cleaning out Host areas to prevent guests from becoming sick from chemicals. I am a 14 year VRBO host who did not want to report this, but thought future potential guests should be alerted in advance.

Stayed Sep 24, 2024Super adorable log cabin on top of the mesa and yes, great views. Easy communication with the host. Comfortable beds, clean and uncluttered living spaces which I especially like. Really nice wrap around porch with comfortable seating to take in those views. I honestly thought it might be super noisy with the highway right below but it wasn't. Plus you are able to walk right out the back gate into public lands. Saw lots of antelope the days we were there. Just a note - we had a truck so the fairly steep, gravel drive was easy to navigate. My sedan may have had some difficulties. Thank you for the great stay!
