The location of and views from this cabin are fantastic! We were exactly where we wanted to be in proximity to Glacier National Park and felt like we were tucked into our little cabin in the woods. The cabin had everything we needed - full kitchen, laundry, towels, and enough room for 5 of us to be comfortable. Jon was great to work with and made check-in and out super simple.

Jon’s place was perfect for our group. The attention to comfort and detail was impressive. We especially liked the location and the open space surrounding the property. The location is perfect for accessing the trails in Glacier. We plan to rent Jon’s place again in the future.

Booked for our family of four for a 3 night stay to explore east Glacier NP. Perfect. Lovely, very private cabin that had everything we needed and then some. Easily accessible cabin, very convenient to the St. Mary and Many Glacier entrances, but feels/is quite remote. Saw two moose on property during our stay :) Communication with owner was great, even got notification that we might be able to see the northern lights one night. Our 4.5yo used the second bed, and 1.5yo used the provided crib which worked great. Very nice HK sound system in the kitchen for Bluetooth tunes every morning. Nice to have a washer/drier. Bear spray and other essentials provided, nothing that hadn’t been thought of from what we could tell. IMO, place was better than can even be gleaned from the listing. Would definitely recommend for a small family/group, and we would certainly book again if we make it back out that way.

Location was good to east glacier. Most expensive and worst experience of any short term rental we’ve stayed in. I’ve stayed in about 70 and been happy with most of them. We contacted the host when our cat captured a mouse and got that nights are getting cold so that’s expected. The next night our cats brought 4 additional mice to us in bed during the night. When the host was made aware of this there was no response. All in costs were over 700 per night and I was left a list of chores to complete as well as an envelope to tip the housekeeper. Seems to me for that price the housekeepers should do all of the work and be paid by the owner generously.

Very clean and comfortable cabin. Close to the town of Babb with a couple of good restaurants and also close to St. Mary's. Felt like you were off grid, but really not very far off the grid!

I would highly recommend this cabin for anyone who plans to visit East Glacier area! The cabin was beautiful and sparkling clean. It had everything we needed and beyond (including well equipped kitchen, bear spray, wood for setting up camp fire, toiletries, coffee and tea). Beds were comfortable. The host shared helpful tips and followed with us for any needs, both before and during our stay. We liked the quiet and isolated setting. The location was great - right in between Many Glacier and St Mary's village. We appreciated having the laundry facilities after 4 days of hiking. Service and wifii were reasonable (considering the location), which was also helpful for re-connecting and trip planning. Overall, we had a great stay!

A great little cabin off the beaten path. It had great privacy and great views!! A/C unit upstairs and lots of fans. There’s a little gravel road that you can walk down, bear spray also at the cabin.

Cannot say enough great things about our stay!! This was the perfect home base for seeing the East side of Glacier NP. Lovely little cabin with everything you need! My husband and I stayed 3 nights and can’t wait to come back. We were coming off a river camping trip and appreciated the supplies and being able to do laundry as soon as we arrived. The view from the deck is breathtaking as you enjoy morning coffee. Host was very accommodating and communicative, gave great suggestions for the area. We were able to get into parks easy and see lots of wildlife! Great stay!

Jon’s cabin was the BEST place to stay! The cabin was adorable, well-appointed, private, and clean. The top deck was perfect for viewing mountains & wildlife. We saw two grizzlies right nextdoor. The fire pit was cozy and ample firewood (with kindling) was provided. Location is the key tho! So close to Many Glacier with tons of hiking options, St Mary’s Going-to-the-Sun Road, and Two Medicine. And Jon is a fantastic host. We will be back next summer!

Cabin does not truly reflect the level of amenities in the Glacier Ridge house. It is new, very well maintained, and includes high quality features. We were a family of 3 adults. The unit size worked well for us. Fours adults should feel comfortable for an extended stay. Additional sleeping area is not private, but would be OK for kids. The unit was better stocked with consumables than any other we have stayed at in the past 20 years. Which is great as there is limited grocery options nearby. Strongly suggest buying your groceries, before you drive to the unit, in Columbia Falls near the Kalispell airport or East or West Glacier. We would definitely rent the unit again when we re-visit GNP. It was very convenient to the east side entrances and hiking trails.Jon was the most responsive host we have had and very helpful with information on the area and its amenities and activities.

We sat on the balcony at night & listened to the animals. Jon was very responsive & willing to help with anything we might need. We hope to visit again!

This property is located close to the St. Mary’s entrance of the park and relatively close to the Many Glacier entrance, so it was very convenient for the activities we wanted to do on the East side like the Grinell Glacier hike. Also, less traffic entering on the east side and no separate vehicle reservation needed at St. Mary’s. We also appreciated the thoughtful details in the property that made it both cozy and functional - nice woodwork, modern kitchen and bathrooms, laundry availability and thoughtful decor. Also appreciated the air beds so we could allow our boys to sleep separately.

Cozy, clean, secluded and fun! Very well located for easy access to east side of Glacier and Waterton lakes national park. Situated on a wooded hill with views out to the mountains of glacier, and no other houses or cabins within sight. Such a great place to come back to and relax at the end of each day! And it's in great shape. The pics are accurate. Perfect place to stay to explore the whole area east side. We loved the property and the cabin itself. I would definitely come back !
