Ghost wood Quiet, Peaceful, Relaxing overall A Great Get Away Cabin!!!!

The Host was in communication with me quickly and easily. I Loved that. The surroundings were very clean, especially if you bring a pet.Inside the cabin was comfortable, kitchen had all the essentials, The air condition worked beautifully. I loved the rustic look.

These cabins are awesome! They have everything you need for a minimal price. I really love it here. Owner is very kind and easy to talk to! Each of the 3 cabins here are set up a little differently, but they all have a nice full service kitchen(minus dishwasher) with dishes, pots and pans, etc, bathroom with toilet and shower, linen's and towels, even a TV, AC and heat. I truly appreciate them!

There is cell service at the property, but it is more reliable outdoors than indoors. There was a massive thunderstorm while we were there, and the property owner is aware of the cell limitations. Knowing that, she went above and beyond to insure we were informed!

Stayed many times. Always a good time.

It was such a nice retreat from the stressors of life and hosts were very responsive! Thanks so much for a lovely, low-key experience amongst the trees!

Enjoyed our stay... property was well maintained, cabin was clean and comfortable. Price for our stay was very reasonable and we didn't have to pay any extra fees for our little dog Vinny! Only issue I had we could of used a little more seating in the living room area.

The property was great. It was private and beautiful and just peaceful. It was a nice getaway for the weekend.

The location and setting is just what we were looking for to get away and relax.

Quite and relaxing

This is our second stay in the cabin so we are repeat “offenders”. This is a handy place for us. I enjoy the porch and rockers on Ghost Wood.

We celebrated our 56th Anniversary at the cabin. Quiet, comfortable, Enjoyed Pomme De Terre Lake close by. Bed was comfortable, Love the gas stove! Hosts Marsha and husband were super nice! There are 3 cabins and also tent camp space for a great family reunion! Fire pits and wood available!

This is a true retreat. It is easily accessed from a paved road and not too far away from lake access. The cabin is as pictured with some quaint, rustic touches and was very clean and organized. My grandson spent one night with us and loved sleeping in the loft. Cell phone coverage was sketchy inside the cabin but much better out on the covered porch.

Have stayed here before, and keep coming back! That should say it all.
