Very quiet, not in a high tourist area. Nice accommodations. Well stocked kitchen.

We really enjoyed our stay here! Cabin was clean and comfortable, and the entire area was quiet and surrounded by trees. Our host was immediately responsive to our email when we had WiFi troubles and we got it quickly resolved. I would def book again :)

Overall, we enjoyed our stay there. The property is near the entrance of Yoho national park, but a little bit far away from grocery stores in either Gorden or Lake Louise. So please do your grocery in advance before you head to the cabin. If the cabin provides bed sheets in white, that would be perfect.

Gorgeous Cabin with full kitchen. Comfortable mattresses and excess blankets, towels and all necessary items in the kitchen as well.

Our stay at the cabin was excellent. It's located in a quiet, scenic location that is easily accessible from the highway. Close to Golden and perfect for skiing at nearby resorts (we skied Lake Louise). The hosts were very responsive and helpful. Cabin is well cared for and was very clean. My favorite part was sitting around the firepit, enjoying the mountain scenery and all the stars in the sky. We would come back again!

A great stay

The owners of this property are on top of everything. They made our stay at their amazing cabin outstanding.

We loved it so much, we booked another stay. The cabin was as described, very spacious and in a great location. it allowed us to fit our family of 5 easily, with space for more if we wanted. We loved that there was a few items in the kitchen we could use, such as oil, salt, pepper and coffee.

My family and I had a wonderful stay. The kitchen had everything that was needed. The rooms very cozy and the living are was spacious. Definitely a place we would come back.

This property was ok. I always look at the reviews before booking a location and they all seemed very positive. Unfortunately, that was not the case with our visit. The property was clean but check in was delayed an hour and we were informed of that delay 10 minutes before our check in time. We had to empty the dishwasher and although there was WIFI, we could not stream any programs nor load any apps on our devices. We could not even check in for our flights because of the poor connectivity with the internet provider. The host was responsive but did not offer any solution to this problem. It would have been nice to have a board game, puzzle or card game to play in the evening because of no streaming services but nothing like that was provided. Attention to detail lacked with this property.

The cabin was a touring base for my sons and me, allowing us to hike (to Wapta Falls), do some whitewater rafting (right next door at Hydra Rafting), and chill around the campfire. My boys are in their thirties so we don't get a lot of opportunities to do this. The cabin and the setting were perfect!

Awesome cabin in Kicking Horse River valley with great mountain views (including Chancellor Peak) right from the porch. Quiet and relaxing evenings with fresh mountain air to wake up to in the morning. Great location to take day rafting trip.

We had an amazing short stay here. It's close enough to Golden to grab dinner and whatever else you need. We went down to the river every night to take in the views and splash around a bit. Overall very pleased with this place and hope to come back soon.

Overall the cabin is nice, situated conveniently outside of Golden, BC and a short drive to Yoho, Banff, and Jasper. Good views and good access to the Kicking Horse River. Great they accept pets.One downfall, that is not advertised in the listing, is the walk from the parking lot to the cabin. Cars are not allowed to drive to the cabin so you have to lug all of your belongings from the parking lot, which in our case was about 200ft, other cabins could be up to 500ft. Would be useful if Host provided a golf cart or something to help renters, especially knowing they have children/pets. Also, the jacuzzi that was advertised was dirty, had a layer of dust in the tub, and there was sand on the bottom. We were able to clean it before using but not ideal for the price we paid.The check-in instructions indicated the dishwasher may have to be unloaded by the new renters from the previous renters. In our case, the dishwasher was fully loaded, and we felt it was unfair for us to have to do this on our vacation. The check-in instructions also made it clear that it was going to be hot/buggy and that we should open the windows. The screen in the downstairs bedroom was bent and allowed bugs to come in, so we were not able to use the window in our room. Overall, we feel this is a good spot and has potential for being a great spot with a little more attention from the Owner and less reliance on their “professional” cleaner.

Only stayed one night - but my kids would have loved to stay longer - they loved sleeping up in the loft and the location was great!

Our family enjiyed the cabin. Grilling on the deck and enjoying the thunderstorms was wonderful. Close to many great hikes in Yoho.

Everything we needed. Ample, open space, full kitchen well supplied with cooking and eating utensils. Quiet. Plenty of instruction and good communication with the hosts. *If you are an extra, shall we say fluffy, person, you may want to know that the downstairs shower is a stall of the old standard size and could be a bit tight. We were very pleased with the location and the accommodations.

Great place for family

Just what we wanted, quiet little place for our family, comfortable, made a fire in the pit out front, drove to Lake Louise a few days to ski/snowboard, got some groceries in Golden and also had a nice dinner there one night. Great stay, thank you.

We had a wonderful time at the cabin, it was absolutely perfect for us, the right amount of space for a family of 5 but could easily fit a few more. Great location, a short drive from Golden and far enough to feel like you are really away from it all. The cabin has a comfortable, lived in feel feel that makes it perfect for kids and let us relax.

Great cabin - lots of space and all the amenities we needed for our stay. Close to skiing. Great location for dog walks, and we were so glad to find this dog-friendly accommodation. The teens were happy with the loft, and the adults were happy with the bedroom :)

Absolutely loved our stay at the cabins! They are so fun, very beautiful and stayed so warm. My family from Tahiti came and it was the perfect Canadian experience for them! Looking forward to staying again!

The cabin is perfect in every way - just off the highway and nestled in the woods but not isolated. Very clean with comfortable bedding. We cooked all our meals in and the kitchen is well stocked. Stone fireplace and log interior makes it very cozy. My daughter and I had a great time hiking, especially Wapta falls. We’d come back to this cabin again in a heartbeat.

Great access to yoho and lake Louise.

The cabin was perfect for our stay. It was comfortable and cozy, peaceful and quiet. We loved waking up to the gas fire in the fireplace keeping the place a comfortable temperature. The location was great for short drives to hike in Yoho National Park and around Golden. We would definitely recommend this cabin and would stay here again! This cabin was perfect for us. This log cabin is comfortable and cozy. The downstairs bed is very comfortable. The kitchen is well stocked for cooking. The covered deck is great for barbecuing and enjoying the view. The location is perfect for use as a base camp to explore the Parks. We stayed 8 days and enjoyed all of the time
