Beautiful, quiet location! Warm and cozy cabin, perfect spot for a family reunion or large gathering. Would definitely stay there again and recommend to friends and family!!

We loved this house. It was perfect for our ladies retreat. There were 20 of us and we had plenty of room. Our ONLY complaint is that the legs on the benches of the dining table are too wide. We had lots of stubbed toes. Many of us kept our shoes on. But, besides that, it was an amazing weekend.

We had a wedding with 28 people staying in the lodge. Everything was great. Side yard is perfect for a wedding! Communication with host was fantastic. Response was quick. Kitchen was great with 2 of all appliances.

This is a beautiful property. We loved the backyard area. It had a great back porch with a hot tub, picnic tables, and rocking chairs. It also had a great space for bonfires and a beautiful creek that everyone enjoyed. We loved the layout of the lodge. There was plenty of space to accommodate our party of 21. The host was fantastic from beginning to end. We will defintely stay here again.

We stayed here for a combined Bach party and had a great experience. The location was perfect for easy access off the main road. We loved that it didn't take 20 minutes to get up the road and had lots of food, coffee, and fun activities about 10 minutes away. Dollywood was only 15 minutes and easy to avoid traffic! Great space for hosting large meals with the long tables as well, loved the bedrooms and private bathrooms! We would have loved soap being provided for hand washing in the bathrooms as that is not something standard we usually pack. We did run out of Propane after grilling burgers one evening, but they did replace it the very next morning! Hot Tub, Fireplace, and backyard was all as expected and very nice! We recommend staying here and would do so again if needed.

I stay there with my twelve friends who are motorcycle enthusiasts. We are not too demanding when we go somewhere together without our families, so everything we encountered in this house inside and outside was okay. The most important thing when we travel in our group is that everyone has their own clean bed. Parking space for motorcycles. Place for bonfire. Absolutely loved our stay! We came down from Michigan with a large family group of 44 people, and everyone had a bed to sleep on. The home was super cozy, clean, and full of activities to keep everyone entertained. We even spotted a few bears during our trip, which made the experience even more memorable. The property had plenty of open grassy areas, which our small dogs loved running around in. Everything was spotless and well taken care of. Truly a great experience for our whole family, and we’d definitely love to come back!

We had 12 people staying for a work event. The house was a perfect size for our group (I can't imagine housing as many as the house officially sleeps but if you're not planning on being in the house much that could work). The house had everything we needed and since the listing stated we should bring extra supplies of detergent, etc we did this. Overall the beds were comfortable. The pillows weren't what most of us preferred but they were clean, as was everything else. There was plenty of room in the outside bins for trash. The kitchen had everything we needed. The extra coffee maker was great because we could have one ready and one staged so there was always fresh coffee.The furniture was clean and comfortable and perfect for our needs. The theater seating was a little worn but nothing that detracted from our experience. The steep drop from the top of the driveway was a bit of a challenge (at least 2 Uber drivers bottomed out coming down). The fact that there's a big pot hole right as you come down didn't make this easier, but I didn't have any trouble in my SUV. I wouldn't suggest bringing a sports car though. Communication at check in was great (I couldn't find the instructions and was very tired from traveling - we'd driven a very long distance with no rest) but I got a very quick response and had everything we needed before we checked in. They followed up with me the next morning as well. Overall we'd stay there again if we come to this area in the future.

Great location and excellent facilities. It was perfect for 17 adults and 3 kids. Everyone had their own bedroom and bathroom which was great. Definitely recommend for larger gatherings.

Property was great for our needs. Creek was great for wading and fire pit under shade was excellent. We enjoyed the hot tub and other amenities. There were a few minor challenges to note. Many of the sinks and tubs did not have a plug for their drains, making baths for children challenging. Dryer did break (owner was quick to remedy).

Our stay was delightful! We all had a wonderful time. We were gathered as a family for our brother's memorial service and being able to all stay together was a real blessing. The cabin was well stocked and all that was advertised!Our only complaint/issue was with the table benches and their legs. We all tripped over them multiple times.

We enjoyed the location, the stream and fire pit that were in front of the property. And we really enjoyed that it was close to pigeon forge.

We had a great stay this past weekend at the cabin. The cabin could use a good deep clean and a facelift in some areas, but the quick response and great communication from the property manager made up for the needed updates. The cabin has large bedrooms and plenty of room for a large group. We would book again.

We loved the house. It was big and had a lot of things for the kids to do inside and out. Adults loved it too with every bedroom having their own bathroom. It was in a great location so we could get to Gatlinburg and pigeon Forge very quickly. Everything was very clean. My only small complaint is that The ceilings in between the upstairs and downstairs rooms are incredibly thin so you can literally hear everything that is going on above you. I would suggest putting down some big area rugs to absorb some of that noise. Otherwise everything was great.
