Five minute walk to Pismo Beach!

Great location. Nicely stocked, easy parking. Had a wonderful time staying there.

We enjoyed our stay. Everything was great. Really appreciated the fully equipped kitchen and effective communication from the hosts.

You can walk to everything on the beach and downtown Pismo, and not use your car the entire stay. Owners were helpful with all requests. We plan to stay here again.

We had a lovely stay; comfortable, very clean quiet space and great hosts. So close to the beach too. Communication was great, check in and check out was easy, we were 15-20 mins away from SLO and liked it that way, we can’t wait to return! Thanks so much!

The location was perfect for our family beach vacation.

The condo is two blocks from the beach and right next to the pier and boardwalk. The beds were all super comfortable, including the mattress on the pullout couch. The amenities included everything we needed, plus an air fryer. Something unique about the property was it had filtered water with water faucets in each bathroom and the kitchen. Use of the garage was very nice so we didn’t have to worry about finding parking and had a safe place to put our bikes. We would definitely stay here again.

Second time staying here will definitely be back for a third. Great communication with Owner, and fantastic clean layout for our family of five.

This unit is perfect for a family beach getaway. The unit is exactly as described and more. It is literally 2 very short blocks from the beach and the main drag with all of the shops, restaurants . . . and the pier. For families with kids, this unit is very well equipped: baby gates, toddler plates, booster chair, a box of kid books and a play/sleep pen. Laundry is in the garage along with beach toys. The kitchen is fully equipped, so just bring your food and you are ready to go. Oh, and the sleeper couch in the living room is actually comfortable! If you want to be comfortable and in the action in Pismo, this unit is perfect.

The host was very attentive and helpful. The house was super clean and just 2 blocks from the beach. It was extremely comfortable and had everything we needed, including an air fryer!

Great location. Awesome cinnamon rolls down the street. Excellent restaurants within walking distance. The place was well equipped for families of all ages. Kitchen was well equipped and we could cook conveniently. Indoor garage was very nice and not having to find street parking. Nice to have beach towels and beach chairs available for us to use. I would go back to this place.

We had a small issue at check in, but the host was very responsive and provided an immediate remedy. The 2 car garage was very nice (street parking can be difficult at times), and fit 2 cars easily. Excellent location.

The apartment was clean, location was great & beds were comfy. We were attending a family reunion, so did not need the kitchen much, but it was well equipped. We appreciated the water on the fridge as well. Thank you!

Did like the fact the property was three stories. Pictures are deceiving. If you have young kids there’s a lot of stairs. A lot of stairs to lug luggage up. Found hair in master bathroom sink and the air fryer was dirty with left over food in it. Other than that it was quiet, short walk to pismo pier.

Very clean, nice location and very well maintained property had a very pleasant day. I will be booking this property again in the future for my family. The only tough thing was the stairs because I had a kid who had a fractured leg and was in a wheelchair, so it was hard to get them up and down the stairs besides that great stay

Condo is in perfect location, close to beach and downtown. Garage was very convenient for parking and cleaning up after the beach. Great to have washer/dryer. House was well equipped for kids with safety gates, pack n play, beach toys & chairs, and wagon. We would love to stay here again!

Great location very convenient for walking to the pier or stores. The sink in the downstairs bathroom was clogged took awhile to drain. Otherwise house was great.

My family of four thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Pismo and this was the perfect find for us. Clean, spacious, comfortable, and located a quick walk to the beach, pier, and all the great food in Pismo. The large garage was great for storing our bikes and boards. Kids loved it and we would definitely stay here again!

We had a great stay at this property. Everything was super clean and well-maintained, and we loved having 2.5 baths. Although there were lots of stairs, the bedroom's separation from the living areas made for quiet sleeping. My only complaint is that the pillows were horrible. We ended up sleeping on sweatshirts and blankets instead because they were so thick and hard.

We loved this property! Very close to everything--you can literally walk or bike to most places of interest. We parked the car in the secure garage upon arrival, and just walked/biked to everywhere during our entire stay. The property is very very quiet as well, and looks practically brand new. Sparkling clean!! Lastly, the owner was very responsive, accommodated our requests, and swiftly addressed all matters that came up. We highly recommend this property, and would definitely use it again when we are in the area.

Such a perfect location! 5 minute walk to beach and really close to the town. Unit was very clean. Nice big garage to park that just fit my Tahoe. 10 minute drive to the Oceano dunes too! Would come back again for sure.

Wonderful stay just a block from the ocean. All bedrooms are upstairs so you’ll get a workout but who wants to spend time walking upstairs when you’re so close to the beach you can walk on the sand. All appliances worked perfectly and home was equipped with everything you needed, except for a rice cooker, lol. Outdoor shared BBQ was a great addition. Second story small patio had a table and chairs for fresh outdoor air!

Nice cozy condo close to downtown Pismo and the beach. Condo was spacious enough for my little family. Had a great time. Until next time.

Nice condo. Lots of stairs. Tile floors throughout, bring slippers. Low water pressure. All in all, nice stay.

It was a short walk to the beach from this quiet, convenient condo. The kitchen was well-equipped and the TV was easy to setup for Netflix. The beds were comfortable, but the foam pillows were a bit thick and hard for our preferences. The filtered water system for drinking water lost pressure very quickly - possibly the filter or some part of the system needs servicing, but if you are patient the water tasted fine. There was a filter in the refrigerator that worked well as an alternative. Overall we were pleased with location and the condo.

We stayed at this property while moving our daughter into Calpoly. The condo was absolutely perfect for us. It was very clean, nicely decorated, spacious and only a block from the beach. Pismo is one of our favorite places to stay and we would definitely rent this space again!

Excellent layout for a family with 2 1/2 baths and a spacious living area. A short walk to the beach or downtown, and a 10 minute drive to the State Park. We will be back!
