Fish, Hike & Ski: Riverfront Granby Cabin!

The house is in an amzazing location but the house was not very clean. There were cobwebs all over the walls and lighting, dead bugs on some beds and nasty stuff dripping down the fireplace glass. Besides the maid service, the place was perfect!

The house was cozy, clean, and worked well for our family for a 3 night stay. The kitchen table only had 5 chairs when the house is for up to 8 people. We had six people and had to use a stool for the 6th person. The hot tub did was good temperature but the jets were not powerful at all. Overall positive experience and felt the value was good. Would stay again.

We stayed at the cabin for three nights while we skied at Granby Ranch. The location was great and the price was also good. The cabin was cute and fit my family of 7 for the 3 days.

The condo was in a beautiful setting and appeared as in the photos on the site. Although a bit tight in the bedrooms, it was nice to have separate bedrooms and bathrooms for all the family members.

Our end of July stay was restful and relaxing. After a week of being on the road, this was exactly what we needed. It is such a peaceful location and overall it felt like we had the entire grounds to ourselves as many of the neighboring properties were empty. The cabin has all the amenities you need and is very cozy and communication was great from start to finish. We throughly enjoyed the decks and river view (and sounds!). Thank you!

My biggest requirement was for a place in a river and this place satisfied that. There were issues with the place that bothered other adults more than they bothered me. The kids loved exploring the river and they loved the bunk beds. They enjoyed pool and hot tub.Drawbacks were mainly size of the place, but it was a reasonable price. All rooms were pretty small, especially the living room and kitchen. There could have been more and better towels and pots and pans. Tv had lots of streaming services. It was nice to have two parking spaces. Location good, central to Granby and roughly midway between winter park and grand lake.

The cabin was a great location and it was exactly as pictured. However, it was extremely dirty. It was very obvious from the cobwebs and load of dust on everything that it hasn’t had a deep clean in a very long time and it was also very obvious it didn’t get cleaned well between guests. Luckily I went through what was going to be my 11 yo room before she did, as I found a glass marijuana ampule and pills on the floor beside the bed! And all bedrooms had scraps of food, q-tips etc. all over floor and side tables. The bathroom showers didn’t seem to have been cleaned either. We definitely wouldn’t return due to the uncleanliness factor. If this was fixed,it would be a great rental.

We loved the set up at this home with each bedroom having its own bathroom, lots of comfortable seating in the living room, and a decent kitchen. Nice location

We stayed at this property three years in a row. Always do an annual fishing trip in January. This property is in a great location for any winter activity. This will be our first choice for years to come.

We had 4 adults and 4 kids stay here during this trip. We arrived and the house was very clean and tidy. Online listing details and photos were very accurate. Home started very warm during very cold temperatures. Property Manager was very helpful.

Was a bit dirty, did like the setup and location.

Cabin is really close to town but also located in a small cabin community right next to the river and 3 ponds. Nice for evening walks around the property. I think we saw deer every day. Only negative for me was the cabin was a little dirty. It needs a good spring cleaning with some major dusting.

We had an amazing time! Our kids enjoyed their “nature hikes” along the river and property! The kiddie pond was PERFECT for our kids ton fish in too! We explored Grand Lake and RMNP during the day and enjoyed relaxing at the property in the evening! Thank you for the great lodging!

We would love to come back again! It was a great location and nice cabin.
